if you know the history of wilmington the store is built on/near burial grounds. everyone there thinks a native kid put a curse them smh. anyways support grandfather waters !! not a coperate company. all my reviews are trolls because a young man has too much free time

Literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The lady at the drive thru had no idea what was on the menu and served the wrong coffee, the wrong sandwich, and didn’t give ketchup. They said they don’t serve sleeves for their hot coffee so be prepared to burn your hand. And she acted so rude when we asked her about the sleeve and incorrect order. I would keep driving. Not a smile or helpful person can be found here.

YA'LL ARE THE SWEETEST! The best staff are at this dunkin!! They always greet me with a smile and make my day!! They make delicious coffee and are always on top of it!! Thank ya'll for always being so awesome and for making my day! I love ya'll!!
My sister and I purchased decaf coffee at the Monkey Junction location and it was terrible!!! We were in the Mayfaire area and stopped at that Dunkin to get fresh coffee. The woman was so kind and she replaced our coffee for free even though she didn't have to. It's rare to find service like that now. We will definitely be going back there!

I placed an order and they didn't get it right so I told a young woman about it and she said she was very busy and I would have to wait a while, that's fine, but then she brought me my coffee which was wrong again and she said she could not make it the the way I wanted it because they were too busy and walked off. I don't write reviews but her attitude was so bad that it compelled me to write this one.

Sooo my youngest daughter begs for Dunkin'. I don't know why. Maybe the munchkin pack. I tried the avocado toast it was tasteless and the bacon had zero flavor. Bad choice. My coffee was okay. I would rather spend another 5.00 and goto Port City Java

My boyfriend and I have been to this location twice and both times they were out of almost everything. We placed mobile orders and they couldn’t refund us for the missing food. When asked what they do have in stock, the cashier just pointed to the menu and didn’t say a word.

I'm just a lover of donuts and Dunkin' is one of my favorites. Sometimes they don't have the ones I like available which tells me I'm not the only one. This particular location usually runs out of donuts or low. The service at the drive thru is pretty good and there always a friendly voice on the intercom. The ambiance inside Dunkin is well a donut shop that smells like donuts clean and laid back. It's in a great location across from Mayfair shopping!
This was our first visit thru drive thru and let me tell you this was the worst service from a Dunkin’s I have ever been too. The people were rude and my husband had to blow the horn to get straws and the lady threw them out the window. We will never come back

I just left from this store…..I stood there and waited to be waited on and nobody working bothered acknowledging that I was there . When I walked to the back counter I told the girl I’d been waiting and she said she was busy making a drink and the other guy was busy working the drive thru even thou there was at least 2 mins when he could’ve took my order and went back to the drive thru….rude bad attitude from these kids

Great location, wonderful selection of breakfast items and coffee. Customer service was excellent! Sadly were out of avocado on our visit but offered many other options. Not a normal situation though, we were real early and they were waiting on their truck to resupply.

Good luck getting someone to take your order if you go inside. This has happened twice. I stood at the cash register to place my order for several minutes without anyone saying “Hi” or “Welcome in” or “We’ll be right with you”. My presence was not acknowledged and I wasn’t sure when I’d be helped.I took my money elsewhere and won’t be back. I can make my own coffee and get donuts elsewhere.

Deserves negative stars. They literally pick their own hours and according to other reviews, others have had the same issue. How are you even still in business? Why even operate? Place is a joke. Needs to be shut down. Period Pooh.
