I had a great experience at Dunkin' thanks to the manager, Anna. She was incredibly sweet and patient with me while I placed my order, making sure everything was just right. Her customer service skills were top-notch, and even though I had a few questions, she handled them with a smile. On top of that, my order was prepared quickly and perfectly. Let me start by saying looking at the past reviews I couldn’t agree more ( terrible terrible customer service) but after May 2024 with the new management and wonderful new manger there now I can say is amazing and the service outstanding.. customer service satisfaction 100%
This store definetly needs some sort of store update, how old it looks really throws off the atmosphere so I hope they change it. But I couldn't love the staff more! Kristen and Gabi are my absolute favorite dunkin workers. 10/10 because of them I will definetly be going back.
