It was Epic! I've been going to Epic every since they first opened, and the food and service have always been outstanding. I especially love Brussels with Hustle, with chicken salad and no white vinegar dressing. And the grass-fed burger is great too! So wanted to love this place. We came in and had great service by young woman working counter. She helped us pick our meals and was very kind. We went outside and waited for our food. It arrived and we were very disappointed. The rice in the bowl was crunchy talking not cooked or left so long under heat lamp that it went back to crunchy. That made us wonder what cooking procedures are being followed for chicken etc. Flavors probably would have worked but don’t see us going back soon

Soooo good!! We decided to try out Epic Food for dinner and so glad we did! The staff was super friendly, the strawberry mango water was yummy as was the sweet tea, and the food was great! I had the chicken sandwich with sweet potato chips and my husband had the surfer wrap. Everything was delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Came in randomly, and we're super glad we did! Entire staff was friendly, and helped us make our food decisions.Food came out pretty quickly, and when we got it was delicious.I personally got a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and everything about it was wonderfulThe chicken was slightly breaded, and was juicy and delicious with the bun accenting it perfectly. The sweet potato chips were wonderful too.Can't wait to come back for more!

Epic is by far the best place in Wilmington to get good food that you will feel good eating. I go for lunch a couple times a week and it has been my favorite place to go for healthy food. Food is fresh and the employees are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

They have an excellent GF selection, including crispy chicken! My salad was so flavorful, with fresh ingredients it didn't even need dressing. I would eat here regularly if I lived nearby.
I called in a large order for 12 people and was told there was an 18% gratuity. Fine whatever. Seems stupid for carry out but whatever they need to do to get more money. I picked up and paid in cash. But when I reconciled the receipts they didn’t have the %18 forced gratuity on the receipt! When I called they said they couldn’t write it on my receipt. Who doesn’t give receipts for a cash payment? I said I either need my cash back or proof in a receipt. And he hung up on me. When I called back, he said we have your money but we aren’t going to wait for you! So I had to drive all the way back to the forum from Greenfield lake. I hate this restaurant. So many fantastic restaurants in Wilmington. Don’t waste your time and money at “Epic” The only thing epic is how awful they are to their patrons. Thiefs.

Quality has gone down. Crispy chicken wasn’t crispy, neither were the chips. The cookies were as hard as rocks like they had been made 6 months ago! So disappointed.
