Went inside yesterday and ordered a steak and cheese to go. When I got home which is 2 minutes away at the most it was cold and the bottom part of roll was soggy. I have ordered other subs from here that where really good, so not sure what happen with this order. One bad order will not keep me from returning because all other food from here has been great.
Had a very pleasant experience tonight at Firehouse. My family and I came in late, the staff was very accommodating. The subs were fresh and tasty. Very polite and courteous young man made sure we were well taken care of.
The place was clean. Customer service was pretty fast.The presentation of the sandwich looked good. I ordered a meatball sub. It was cold and had no flavor. I was disappointed in the taste, but I ended up getting full.
