I'll start with the good. The friendly employees and the french fries were over the top. Now the main focus is on burgers... that's where the bad comes in. Two burgers, double patties and all four patties were tough and gristly. I was shocked. This was our first time trying five guys and I can only say I'd be back for the fries. Since it was our only time trying five guys we don't know if the burgers are always that way??? Or did we just get a bad batch of meat?

If you’ve ever said, “I want to pay $20.30 for a burger, fries, and drink” this is the spot for you! Overpriced is an understatement. The foods not gonna blow you away but the price tag will. Why didn’t you just have a steak? Skip it and go somewhere else.

I travel for work, fast-casual restaurant franchising, and was looking for a meal after being on the road all day. Service blew me away. Both managers, presumably the people wearing black, greeted each guest and were table-touching. You don’t see this often in our industry anymore. Thanks for the kindness and burger!
