Girls with Dough is my favorite go to pizzeria! If you live in the area or are just visiting you must add GWD to your list of places to go. The pizza's are amazing but so is everything especially the wings. They have a full bar and I feel at home everytime I am there. In the fall it is the only place I go to watch all the Raven's games as it is filled with fellow NFL fans. Tammy, Herb and Chris are the best on the planet. Don't miss out. Try the cauliflower pizza too. It will knock your socks off! Run, now!

Sunday before 7p is easy seating. No Ravioli, no grapefruit juice, no Blush wine, Bruchetta too soft.
Pizza was crispy & thin - yummy.

Had pepperoni pizza with extra sauce. The sauce was great. House salad was fine, nothing special. The Desert drink was really good and nice to see they have local drafts. I would eat there again.

Best restaurant in Wilmington. Great variety of foods, pasta with their AMAZING GARLIC BREAD, pizza out of this world. If you don’t go once a week you’re a one star human being. Also in an amazing location to watch the sunset or just walk on the decks along the water. Owner is an amazing woman and the cooks deserve the Nobel peace prize for making the best pizza these buds ever tasted!

My wife and I have been regulars—until now. Knowing it was a holiday and realizing they might be closing early, I called ahead of time to see if they were open. The person that answered the phone said yes—we will be open until 10. About an hour later, we drove up there to get dessert and coffee. When we arrived around 8, we were met at the door by a hostess who informed us they were closing early. When I told her that I had just called an hour ago and had been told they would be open, she just shrugged and said “yeah sorry, we decided to close early.” She clearly was more interested in getting out of there to be with her friends than helping a customer. If you want to build a loyal clientele, this isn’t the way to do it! We’ll be considering other dining options from now on. I just don’t appreciate being inconvenienced this way.

Response to management: Instead of running the risk of disappointing customers by making snap decisions about closing early on a holiday due to low traffic, how about just coming up with a hard closing time and advertising it ahead of time so that people can plan accordingly? That way, your “hard working staff” can plan ahead of time as well to enjoy the holiday. And that young lady who was in a hurry because her dad was waiting? She was standing on the sidewalk chit-chatting with friends (and family?) when we walked up. If she needed to catch her ride, then someone else should have taken her post at the door so she could leave. The point is she was abrupt and completely uninterested in helping us even after I told her we had just called to verify if you were open or not. We truly like the food and atmosphere at Girls With Dough, but I’m not sure we’ll be back. How do we know you won’t decide to close early on another night when you have a low turnout? And how will we be greeted at the door?

The location is great! This was our second time trying to go, first time we got there at 8pm and were told the kitchen had already closed for the night(they close at 9pm), second time we called and asked if they would be open at 8pm for dinner and were told yes. When we got there we were told they didn’t have their full menu available but we could order fried food and pizza. A little disappointing because we were hoping to order pasta! Service was amazing though and the location is beautiful.

This is one of my favorite spots in all of Wilmington. I love knowing they have the staple dishes I like, but always have something on the specials list that catches my eye. Chris was my bartender tonight and he went above and beyond to make sure we had another fantastic experience. I will continue to be a loyal patron here. Do not miss out. Great food, tons of options, great drinks and the vibe can’t be beat. I LOVE it here during football season!

We had high hopes for some good pasta and Italian food in this beautiful location. We were horribly disappointed. The charcuterie was old meat and American cheese with Ritz crackers and pretzel chips. We asked for bread and paid $8.00 for 4 pieces of bread. Then the seafood pesto pasta was flavorless and when I asked for salt and pepper it never came. My son's child size Alfredo ( ages 15 & under) cost $10 and he liked it, but it was the portion was so small he wanted another one. We had to stop and get him food on the way home and we had to eat another meal later that evening because we were all still hungry after our dinner. The server was very kind and I felt horrible complaining to him.

This place is amazing. We were visiting Carolina Beach.
We search for good pizza and “ Girls with Dough” appeared. The Pizza wa the best I’ve ever had. The crust was thin, the sauce were tasty , just enough cheese and fresh meat as toppings. We went on a Wednesday there was some type of karaoke or something happening inside so
we ate outside and enjoyed the beautiful scenery . There is a boardwalk nearby and seating available . George was our waiter. He was excellent . Overall 5 of 5 stars. Wish I could give them 10 stars⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😀

People are kind. However, they have no sense of urgency or care in the world that you have things planned. We ordered hours ahead to have it done by a certain time and it’s still ran 20 minutes late. Don’t plan anything if you’re gonna eat here

The table next to us was a large party with a woman who apparently wanted to talk to someone in the next state without use of her cell phone, but you can’t hold that against the restaurant. Wonderful restaurant. Food was absolutely amazing and tasty as all get out. A little bit out-of-the-way to drive there however, the area is gorgeous and beautiful and totally worth going.
