Working with Cathy at Gluten Free by the Sea was a dream. My daughter is a freshman at UNCW and we couldn’t be there for her 18th birthday. Cathy spent time with me on the phone getting the cake just right for my gluten free girl who doesn’t really like frosting. She even put a hand written note in the box letting her know that it was sent from Mom!
Since being gluten free I have not had soft pizza crust that was good. I bought 2 and will be ordering them more often. They were amazing and made me so happy. The carrot cake was delicious and so soft and flavorful.
It was such a pleasure to find Gluten Free By The Sea. It can be difficult to find places that properly accommodate celiac gluten free needs. There was no concern when working with the owner or her staff. Cathy was very accommodating, and the baked goods were delicious.
