Great seafood. My husband had the pasta special with grilled shrimp which were cooked to perfection. I added fried oysters to my salad and they were delicious. Server could have been a little more attentive but overall a very nice dining experience.
We had the nut crusted fish with a fantastic seafood sauce, great side dishes and generous pours from the bar. We finished with spectacular desserts. Amazing service. This was our first dining experience at Hieronymus, but we will be regulars. It was a celebration, and the 2 bottles of wine pushed up the average price per person. Probably $30-50 per person without the wine. Highest 5 star rating, 5++!!!!
It was not a great experience . Unfortunately, my entree of stuffed grouper was not fully cooked. It was warm in spots and cold underneath part of the fish. The server did take it back to be put back in the oven. When returned, the top layer of fish and crab stuffing tasted fine, but the bottom layer of fish had an odd taste and still wasn't the texture that cooked grouper should be nor was it hot. The side dishes of vegetables and red potatoes were cooked and seasoned well....
