Another hidden gem! Bdobo is very casual and cozy. It is buffet style in the sense that you fill a bowl with noodles, vegetables, meat, sauces, and spices, then place it on the counter for the chef to cook. The cooking process is similar to Hibachi and interesting to watch. Make sure you bring some cash for the chef’s tip jar. You can have as many bowls as you’d like all for one price. The food was excellent. It is all you can eat. You choose your amount of noodles and your toppings (and sauce) and it is cooked on a Mongolian grill. Ot comes with your choice of soup and white or fried rice. Delicious and plentiful. If you go away hungry it is your own fault. Food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Definitely will eat there again!
