I can deal with Rude older people working there. And occasionally bad pizza days. But when a lady like today ask for some extra cheese and peppers (in a soft spoken words cause I was right next to here ) the cashier told here!! You need to speak English!! I almost lost my mind. It was humiliating and embarrassing. This resulted in the entire line of customers to leave. This man needs to get fire! Not a good image for this restaurant.

The Ranch Rioš I have to say, it was next level delicious! The flavor combination was absolutely perfect. From the creamy ranch base to the crispy crust and fresh toppings, every bite was a delight. It's clear that the team at I Love NY Pizza puts love and care into their food, and it truly shows in the taste. The staff was super friendly, and even though there's no inside seating, the experience was still top notch. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out.

It can get sketchy here but you're downtown. Pizza comes out in huge slices, hot, and crispy on the bottom. Perfect NY style pizza by the slice!! And prices are spot on.

Eating here was a happy little accident! We went on the ghost tour downtown and it ended at 10. We had not eaten dinner as we werenāt hungry yet. We tried another pizza joint and their doors were locked, despite being during business hours, so we wandered around and happened upon this place! We all ordered a slice or two to go. I got a cheese slice and they had just pulled a pie out of the oven so I got a fresh slice! We all enjoyed our pizza immensely and two in our group even finished their second slice for breakfast the next morning, and they said it was just as good the next day!

Oooof! Some of the worst take out I have ever had. Calzone made with some unknown filling that oooozed from the dough when cut. Went straight into the trash. That was not ricotta or mozzarella cheese, more like ranch dressing. Pizza not much better, but at least I could choke down a couple of slices. Should not be allowed to have the letters NY in their brand. This is nothing like a NY pizzeria. 4.6 stars? Gawd no.
