I have loved everything that I have tried and anything that I had any issues at all with were quickly corrected with a smile on their faces. Steve the owner remembers my order no matter how long it may have been since I've ordered. That shows me he cares about his customers! keep up the great work and the employees aren't to shabby either.
I stopped by Ichiban on the way home from work. This establishment never disappoints. I got the scallops and shrimp, and they were cooked to perfection! The staff members were very kind and it was clear they really cared about the job they were doing. This is the place to go for Hibachi!
I used to order delivery often from here and was a loyal customer. Then one night I called in an order and when it was delivered, I realized two items I ordered weren’t included. When I called to request it be sent to me the female owner argued with me, told me I hadn’t ordered it and refused to do anything about it. When I started to ask again to deliver what I actually ordered, she hung up on me. Will never go back.
