The customer service gets an A+It was very refreshing to actually experience such a joyfull staff.This is by far my favorite location.- Keecha AParking: Very convenient parking. The outdoor seating was also an option. This is definitely a place that's comfortable for a large group event, as well as an outing with the family.

Best soft serve ever. Service was awesome and atmosphere was comfortable and casual. And the price is right! The manager even (I assume) came over to check on us while we ate our ice cream to make sure we were happy with everything. Will absolutely be back when we need our sweet treat fix!

Just went for the first time, and soon as I opened the door, the employee said “sorry we are closed” 25 minutes before the listed closing of 10:00 on a Saturday night. I think it is ridiculous to turn away customers prior to the time stated on the website, google business, and the front door. They lost a customer and will not recommend nor return.

It was alright. The flavor of it got old really quickly and I would say there is nothing special about it. The Ice tastes exactly like it looks, kind of like snow cream. Maybe it will taste better in the summer, but I would rather just hit up a coldstones.

I came in on Valentine's Day with my three kids and one of their friends since they got coupons from their school. A lot of places when you get something like that make you feel like a bother but when we came in the gentleman(and his family him assuming) explained everything to all of us offered samples checked on us afterwards and really made it an awesome experience to the point where I've gone out of my way the next day to make a review because they really deserve it. Their attitude made an experience going out with multiple children, a positive one.We definitely will be returningKid-friendliness: When my kids went to order, they listened, and we're very attentive
