K38 Baja Grill Independence offers great service, with staff like Xander, Cian, Malorie, and Natasha described as amazing, friendly, helpful, and extremely attentive. They handle loud parties with a smile and patience, and their attitude literally could not have been any better. The atmosphere is nice and casual, suitable for a meal with friends or family. The menu has a lot of options, and the food is often very good, fresh, flavorful, and fulfilling. Specific meals mentioned include a quesadilla that was great, and the queso is something customers crave often, with one party receiving a free large queso upon sitting down. The guacamole is equally well-loved. While most food arrives warm, one suggestion for improvement is to keep food warmer for to-go orders. Overall, the service and food make this a place customers would definitely return to.
