😩😫 Today is a sad day!! Jersey Mike's is doing US DIRTY!!!!! SO, I guess we weren't supposed to notice that Jersey Mike's has cut the Giant sub from 18 inches to 12'. But, you know what they didn't cut, ??? THAT PRICE!!! Every business is cutting the portions of food and raising the price. Making more money with less food. ##shamefull
(At least give us what we are paying for) And the bags of chips half full of air is a damn shame. Jersey Mike's owes everyone who has purchased a giant sub a 33% refund. I'm just saying. And Please add spinach to your vegetables not everyone likes lettuce on a sub.

The bread is super small and than they cut it even smaller. I bought a reg that was the size of a small . I asked and they responded like I was a problem. These people gona be out of business selling tiny sandwiches wish I could post a pic here

I was at car wash and smelled the food, so naturally I had to pop in.Glad I stopped by, the sandwich was delicious.

Great subs and service.

I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on one sandwich that when I asked she said your pick up time isn’t for another “one minute” then the other girl just dropped it.. so in total I’ve now been waiting 30 minutes now for one Philly sandwich smh they need to get their act together..

Staff was friendly food was fresh

Love jersey mikes but the lady tonight had no idea what she was doing, she claimed they don’t put bacon in the wraps. 2weeks ago I had a wrap and it had bacon in it so I don’t know what she was talking about. I will be back but maybe the people need to be trained just a little better I’ve never had an issue.

Absolutely wonderful staff, Walker was a blast to talk to while he made my sub in a tub. Something I especially like is the manager isn’t afraid to step in and work the line slicing meat for orders. My only complaint is this isn’t the one near my house!

Always good!!!! Clean and professional! Great job. I eat at this store once a week and will continue to do so. However.. the music has got to go. I like all genres. But the music playing sounds like music you would play for your 9pm date with a glass of wine. Never heard any of the songs. Might be OK for late evening. But not Lunch music. I suggest playing music from all genres and more upbeat, and not ones "favorite" play list. Store is located at Independence and Carolina Beach road.

Food: Always room for improvement, but out of all of the chain (& even some local shops, much to my dismay) sub shops: Jersey Mike's is the best. They have a variety of breads, fresh produce, & multiple sandwich options altogether.

Service: Anytime I visit a Jersey Mike's, I am met with friendly customer service, as well as a willingness to provide any alternates I may request (i.e. flat-top grilled meat & cheese on their "cold sub" options). In a world full of less than pleasurable employees, Jersey Mikes must be both compensating their employees fairly, as well as advocating for their success, because they're always top notch. They really stand out among the crowd.

Atmosphere: Clean, organized, and to the point. Nothing is really ever disheveled or out of order.
