Jersey Mike's Subs

I live in wrightsboro are, I have several options to other locations, but use to choose this location but no more , the bread is a big part of the quality of a sub but my last experience was below a zero, the bread taste as if it was a week old, I normally buy up to three to four subs but not anymore from this locations, thank you

The food is amazing but the service was absolutely terrible I never ate at jersey mikes at this location and had a terrible impression, the worker was very impatient and snappy and was not pleasant to talk to! I would rate the service -5 if I could.

I order the same sandwich I’ve ordered for 10 years. The same way I’ve always ordered it, the first the sandwich they realized they made wrong. The 2nd sandwich was wrong and the employees said I needed to be more specific (when they didn’t think I could hear). So they talked about and messed up my order. All around worst Jersey Mikes experience I’ve had

We came in today to have lunch about 1:30pm. There was an altercation going on between a customer and your manager when we entered the store. I don't really know all that went on, right or wrong, your employee escalated a situation instead of being calm. There were several other people in the restaurant at the same time. In this day and age, you never know what kind of violence can happen. I wish we would have left because it felt unsafe. We did, however, order and sat down to eat our sandwich. Honestly, the sandwich was just ok..not very much flavor..kind of bland. While we were trying to eat, your employee came and sat down with another employee discussing the situation in front of us. It did not make for a very enjoyable eating experience. Employees should be able to de-escalate things and not put other customers at risk. She acted inappropriately. The customer wasn't pleasant, either. Your employee needed to take the higher ground. Thank you.

You pay for extra meat n stuff and they don’t understand the note , management on very rude and they are not cheap

😩😫 Today is a sad day!! Jersey Mike's is doing US DIRTY!!!!! SO, I guess we weren't supposed to notice that Jersey Mike's has cut the Giant sub from 18 inches to 12'. But, you know what they didn't cut, ??? THAT PRICE!!! Every business is cutting the portions of food and raising the price. Making more money with less food. ##shamefull
(At least give us what we are paying for) And the bags of chips half full of air is a damn shame. Jersey Mike's owes everyone who has purchased a giant sub a 33% refund. I'm just saying. And Please add spinach to your vegetables not everyone likes lettuce on a sub.

The bread is super small and than they cut it even smaller. I bought a reg that was the size of a small . I asked and they responded like I was a problem. These people gona be out of business selling tiny sandwiches wish I could post a pic here

I was at car wash and smelled the food, so naturally I had to pop in.Glad I stopped by, the sandwich was delicious.

I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on one sandwich that when I asked she said your pick up time isn’t for another “one minute” then the other girl just dropped it.. so in total I’ve now been waiting 30 minutes now for one Philly sandwich smh they need to get their act together..

Staff was friendly food was fresh

Love jersey mikes but the lady tonight had no idea what she was doing, she claimed they don’t put bacon in the wraps. 2weeks ago I had a wrap and it had bacon in it so I don’t know what she was talking about. I will be back but maybe the people need to be trained just a little better I’ve never had an issue.
