My husband and I were turned away at 12:10 yesterday (Sunday) because they had “already shut down.” This has happened a few times recently. If a “Sunday brunch” spot can’t handle staying open past noon on a Sunday, you might want to update your hours to 9-whenever we feel like it. We live in the neighborhood and enjoy jesters, but might not come back because this keeps happening.
Save your money- After reading some review's I've concluded that in the past few months things at Jester's has seriously gone downhill. I had a terribly rude waiter that I have read other comments about- I'm assuming he's the manager. The atmosphere was terrible and cold, and we were rushed out the door with almost an hour until close. This is not an experience I would recommend anyone, and it certainly doesn't reflect well on Wilmington. Check out some other great brunch spots...read full review
Sharing google review of my daughter Randi’s, (who is 5 months pregnant) horrible experience at this restaurant with the manager this morning: so wish I had been with her and called the police when he hit her in the back with the door!!
