“I ordered ahead to pick up a sandwich here today. I wish I could find our who owns this shop. The guy who was working the window was AMAZING. I have never encountered such an outgoing, friendly, and I don't know, fantastic person. Whoever you are (young, glasses, beard perhaps?) I hope your boss is listening. You made my day man. And from what I can tell, this is the way you see everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Oh and yes, the sandwich was great!“
“Ordered sub at 8:12 on 6/26, Sub took 2 hours to be delivered. Called a few times to check in on progress, lady who answered phone was very kind and explained the delivery driver was riding a bike to deliver everyone's sandwiches and offered a free bag of chips or cookies and called the delivery man to check on my food. Gentleman who delivered my food was very kind and both of these employees went above and beyond. Sandwiches were still good when they got here so cant complain.“

“Jackie so great to work with for a very large group order. Just sent her the spreadsheet and everyone’s order was bagged or boxed, labeled, yummy and ready for lunch. Easy pickup and payment. We’ve used this JJ for years with similar results. Online used to handle orders, but this year they adapted so I just made an online form and used the spreadsheet. Easy peasy. Yay beach day!!!“
“My door dash order was a hunters club and it showed up with no meat just cheese and veggies.
I am editing this review to say this is one of my favorite restaurants…. I was having a really bad day and was really looking forward to this sandwich. The manager didn’t hesitate to make it right. Way to go Jimmy John’s! 🧡 This is why you will always be in my heart.“
