11/20/24 Was here at their store at 11:05 to get some food. Workers were just standing behind the counter doing nothing. Waited until 11:12 and they finally started to move. I left and went to Jersey Mike’s, they were actually open and welcomed my business

They always get our order correct when we place a dash pick up order. Love how nice the staff is. I’m a sucker for the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak ? and my kids love the famous philly

Don’t bother ordering on DoorDash or anywhere online. You’ll just wait for an hour with no update on the app and then the food just never comes. I’ve ordered here 4 times and actually gotten food once. Waste of time and money, you can’t even get a refund for it on DoorDash because Jimmy John’s “delivers” (keeps) their own

I should have known better than to order from this location again. 1 tuna sandwich super soggy from riding around for an hour. I live .3 miles from there. I could have walked there, made my own sandwich and back to my home before they even made my sandwich. Freaky Fast...? A snails pace is faster than this place. Youd think its because i never tip, but i always do, this time 25%. Would love to have that back. Sadly, this isnt the first time this has happened. My wife tried to talk me out of it but I figured it's been several months and they might have changed...? Nope. When you call their number its some random mailbox that isnt even set up so you can't complain, or get your tip refunded. Guess they dont take phone orders there or the business is so bad they have the phone disconnected. The lackadaisical owner has zero regard for their business and how poorly the customers are treated. Don't waste your time or money. There are literally hundreds of other options that will be better than going near this place. Never again JJ!
