Delivery was quick, but where's the meat? I thought the Vito wasnt a slim. I got like 3 tiny slices of pep and 2 thin slices of capi. This was a rip off.
The bread was burned, the soda was flat, and the pickle was nasty too.

Our order was just as we placed it. Our delivery was to our hotel faster than we could believe! Our sandwiches were delicious! Thanks JJ for being a blessing to us after a long trip!

Jackie so great to work with for a very large group order. Just sent her the spreadsheet and everyone’s order was bagged or boxed, labeled, yummy and ready for lunch. Easy pickup and payment. We’ve used this JJ for years with similar results. Online used to handle orders, but this year they adapted so I just made an online form and used the spreadsheet. Easy peasy. Yay beach day!!!

Ordered a mobile order and it took 45 minutes once I arrived in the restaurant to receive my food. There is nothing freaky fast about this location. They move so slow and their customer service is terrible.

My first and last visit. Asked for extra oil and vinegar, this appeared to aggravate the man making my sandwich. I watched another employee fill empty squeeze containers so I assumed that was what aggravated the man. This was at 3:00, no line behind me. When I got it home there was no oil and vinegar at all. I tipped when I ordered and paid, before I received very rude service. Would not recommend!

Ordered 2 basic sandwiches and took almost hour to have them delivered. Ended up getting refund. This location is super slow. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Disappointed. Placed an online order on 8/14 at 1:10 p.m. Arrived at 1:40 p.m. ( 30 minutes later)and the guy had not even started my order! There were two young employees working and the restaurant was practically empty. What's the point of placing an online order if it's not ready when you arrive?! 30 minutes later is totally inexcusable. Not sure what happened to Jimmy John's Freaky Fast service that you always seemed to pride yourselves on but my experience yesterday was anything but that. Guessing it has everything to do with not leaving a tip this time which is the first time I honestly forgot to . Well, glad I didn't and I wasn't about to leave a cash tip as I walked out the door. Please stop the greedy tipping madness. It's totally out of control everywhere these days!
