The young lady that waited on me must not have been feeling to good today. She tossed my sandwich up on the counter. I asked for a bag and she just pointed to them. They were behind the counter. I didn't think that I should have reaching back there to get it.

Ordered a club lulu for my wife and as she was eating it realized there was no turkey. How did they send out a sandwich at a fast food place like this without the meat?! Completely unacceptable.

Sandwiches are good when they actually get your order correct. I had trouble two days in a row with orders placed for lunch. The first time the manager offered a credit for a future order and apologized profusely. I was totally fine with that, mistakes happen and I appreciated the gesture. I happened to be in a pinch for lunch the next day and called to place an order using my credit (and paid a little additional for the rest)....Again, items that I was charged for were left out of my order after I already had to call because they sent a bill to collect money from me after charging my credit card for the order. The manager was rude and snippy. I asked nicely to just be refunded for what they left off and she refused. She said she could give me a credit for a future order. I kindly told her we would not be ordering from them again and her attitude escalated and she snapped that she would send my cash with a delivery driver and that is all she would do. Don't waste your time with this place. It's a headache and not worth the hassle!

Delivery was quick, but where's the meat? I thought the Vito wasnt a slim. I got like 3 tiny slices of pep and 2 thin slices of capi. This was a rip off.
The bread was burned, the soda was flat, and the pickle was nasty too.

Good food just wished that had/offered hot sandwiches or even the option to heat up the sandwiches on their current menu
