K38 Baja Grill

I’d rate it Six Stars if it would let me. We’ve had lunch there the last two days and going there for dinner tonight. The Killer Carne Tacos have the best carne asada I’ve ever had. Second lunch, I had the Citrus Shrimp Tacos and they are equally awesome

We had a great time at this place, great food and service! We will definitely go back!

Best margaritas in town!!

I was not at all happy with food prep or it was just cooked in advance. Fresh homemade corn tortillas disintegrated as you tried to pick up the Brassiere taco 23, the fish in the tacos was so dry I took the second filet home for the pups,no complaints there 😉. I did not like the one I ate, good thing I had a PAcifico,. The non cooked part of the taco was good, I asked for flour tortillas which worked out. The street corn was bad,soggy, cold, no cheese flavor, most likely more than a few hours old. I’ve eaten at the beach location and food was good so I’m a fan of this company, I like them, if I had the time I would have and should have sent it back but had a 2.5 hour drive home. Very disappointing visit, manager needs to be more on top of things.

Great good, with an expansive menu. Had the Stetson rolls and they were so creative and really yummy!

One of the best Southwestern places in Wilmington. Revisit from last time I ate there and still 5 stars! Thank you!

Wow, I've heard that they went downhill recently but I didn't want to believe it. I've been so many times but this will probably be my last. The waitress was nice but it took a really long time to get out food and it wasn't even busy. The flounder taco was the special and it was horrible. The fish was dry and incredibly fishy tasting. Way too much breading and the tortilla was cold, hard, and chewy like it has been sitting out on the counter all day. The tobacco onions were so burned and bitter. I hardly ever send food back let alone both things I ordered. On the bright side they haven't changed their salsa or margarita recipes so those are both still good. Sad to see such a great place change so much.

Great place for a late dinner. The waitress (from Ashe) was absolutely fabulous. The food was fresh and prepared with love. The atmosphere was great. We try to not go into a restaurant an hour before closing because we know the staff is tired and ready to leave. Then, sometimes the food isn't as good as it would be when the restaurant first opens, but K38 Baja off of Military Cutoff was marvelous. Thank you for great customer service.

Was somewhat disappointed in my experience. I went knowing that the owners of Tower 7 run this as well and it is not the same experience. Server didn't even give me her name and the vibe I got from her was like it was a chore to be there. I got the tacos in a beach towel. The beef mix they use definitely has some kick to it so if you are sensitive to spice I would swap for the verse chicken which has good flavor but a more mild spice level. I'll stick to my tower 7 in wrightsville beach.

Service was decent, food was decent as well nothing great. The rice tastes like tap water. Everything is overpriced though. My friend paid a lot of money for just chicken, rice, and cheese. My other friend paid a lot of money for a glorified salad and a couple strips of fish on it. Can’t hate but won’t come back ?

So me and my boyfriend went here for a date, we didn’t care for the other k38 location so we decided to come here thinking it would be better mind you the food was decent until 8 this morning I’m sitting my bathroom floor vomiting and sneezing like crazy with diarrhea. I have food poisoning from this place and will not be going back and if you don’t want to possibly get food poisoning I wouldn’t eat here.
