I LOVE this place! Not only is the food fresh, healthy and yummy, the service is friendly and welcoming. These bowls are so good and I feel like you get so much for your money. I definitely share this small business with everyone I know and they have all loved it as well. I've tried the smoothies, the toast and bowls. My husband has been raving about their bowls for a year and finally got me to try it. He always gets the blue bowl and I tried the yellow. Absolutely love it and can't wait to go back. All the ingredients are fresh and just enough to compliment each other. Great way to start a healthy New Year!
