I went to KFC son Market St 6/7/23 at lunch. The drive thru person barely said a word much less smile. And of course I get to the office with my lunch and 1) Tenders were Not so tender like they were 4 hours old. 2) she forgot barbecue sauce I asked for nicely. 3) my “UNsweetened Tea “ was definitely SWEEET TEA… I could not drink it. So wasted my money. I’d have been better off not going there at all.
Just had the WORSE experience here. I did mobile pick up order for a very simple chicken tender meal and 2 extra buns. At first they forgot to give me my drink that was right beside them. Then, I noticed they didn’t include my 2 extra buns I paid for. I had to get back in line and wait to go around again. When I got to the window the VERY rude manager was questioning me and said they were in the bag. I told her that they weren’t and that if they were I would not have wasted...read full review
