I had a great experience with my drive-thru cashier tonight [17:20] she was awesome! She had a super friendly attitude and got my order right the first time. She had a wonderful smile that lacks in every day customer service nowadays. It made my day a little better, thanks.

This Krispy Kreme was fantastic. Donuts were warm and fresh. We made it for hot-light hour. Everyone enjoyed the donuts. Cashier was very friendly. Bonus was free donuts due to free donut day.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking and entrance are available here

Do not come here. I have gone to Krispy Kreme in the past and I have never been disappointed by them. Until now. If you look at the attached picture you'll see what $14 gets you at this KK. Tiny donuts with barely any glaze. The original were fine but that's because robots make them. The service was not good either. I would never go here again and would warn the person reading this to find a better place.

I placed a pickup order today and apparently made the mistake of going straight to the drive through window to get my order. The associate that came to the window rudely told me I have to come inside to get my order. I asked if I could pick up the order at the window and was told “nope” and the associate promptly closed the window. I went into the lobby where the same associate asked the order name and she just handed me the order.I guess I should not be surprised as this location consistently has poor customer service, a lot of doughnuts out of stock, and hot sign is rarely on.

How can a place serving sweets employ someone so sour? Apon pulling to the pay window my wife and I were greeted by an older woman (with an accent) who chooses to vent her feelings about Valentines day and how she thinks we should have, and I quote Hate day! How she thinks that would be great so she can just be evil all day and mean to people!! Sick right? Anyhow I matched her energy asap, making sure to give her my feeling on her views. Honestly I hope it upset her and that she remembers why Hate Day would be a terrible idea. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY Yall!!!!
