Great service! We went in for green doughnuts this morning and were treated so well!
I really didn't want to leave the review, but today was the last straw. They rarely have their Hot light on, they manage to turn the online ordering system off and the doughnuts are usually stale. Extremely rude staff. N. Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach locations are almost worth the drive and are always amazing. We used to have that here. I don't know what has happened. You really can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme—the donuts are always fresh and delicious. The biggest issue has been staffing. On my last visit, the lobby was closed because they didn't have enough employees, and this time the drive-thru was closed for the same reason. I know staffing can be challenging, but it would be great to see the store fully staffed again, with the Hot Light on and everything running smoothly.
