I ordered $40 worth of food and got a smoothie delivered. The delivery driver said that was all that my order contained when they went to pick it up. This is the third time and the last time. tropical smoothie has gone downhill over the last two years at more than one location that I frequent. you can't call the store and you can't call corporate, so how the hell do you get in touch with somebody when your order is messed up? Ordered a three cheese quesadilla and got the Santa Fe... whatever that's fine but the first slice I picked up was this. Kinda super disappointing since I paid $8 for whatever this is

I went to this location to grab a smoothie . When I came up to the register no one greeted me for 5 mins. Then someone’s friend walked up and started ordering before me ! When I finally ordered and received my smoothie it tasted like nothing ! No flavor what so ever for a $8 smoothie! Just a lot of young kids working at this location, seems customer service isn’t their strong point . Won’t be returning, very disappointing.
