Waited at register for 5 min before being acknowledged….There was a total of 9 individuals looking annoyed on how long it was taking. People were standing blocking the doors, and wasn’t a friendly environment. I ordered one smoothie and from start to finish I was waited a total of 22 but grand total of 28 min. I can be understanding for hot meals and it being lunch time but operationally structure needs to change its process… having customers wait almost 30 min for ONE smoothie is not a practice they should have.

The actual smoothie was good and both stars go to that. Smells bad when you first walk in. Employees in the back on their phones while one girl is working. Took a while for the kid to walk up and take our order. He also looked annoyed and was kind of unpleasant. Manager was interviewing in the lobby I almost interrupted to tell her how to improve. Maybe a no phones where people can see you rule but didn't bother I literally never leave bad reviews but these kids need to do better. The smoothie itself was good but I'm a little upset that my boyfriend tipped that guy working the front. As a manager of a high volume establishment myself I would suggest letting the guy go and hiring new staff with a no phone rule and general attitude while working at a place like that. The kids really need to have a friendly welcoming attitude

I went to this location to grab a smoothie . When I came up to the register no one greeted me for 5 mins. Then someone’s friend walked up and started ordering before me ! When I finally ordered and received my smoothie it tasted like nothing ! No flavor what so ever for a $8 smoothie! Just a lot of young kids working at this location, seems customer service isn’t their strong point . Won’t be returning, very disappointing.

I ordered $40 worth of food and got a smoothie delivered. The delivery driver said that was all that my order contained when they went to pick it up. This is the third time and the last time. tropical smoothie has gone downhill over the last two years at more than one location that I frequent. you can't call the store and you can't call corporate, so how the hell do you get in touch with somebody when your order is messed up? You come here and leave a review and maybe they get in touch with you. Absolute crap on the franchisees part to not have a proper contact number.

Ordered a three cheese quesadilla and got the Santa Fe... whatever that's fine but the first slice I picked up was this. Kinda super disappointing since I paid $8 for whatever this is

I came here with my friends around 8:50 pm on December 1st. We didn’t know and didn’t really think about that they closed @9pm. But we all walk in with the open sign that was on and the girl says “we close in like 6 minutes”. Nothing else so I said, “okay so what does that mean, you can’t make anymore food? It’s not even close time yet.” She said “no we can’t. We are closing down now. Sorry have a good night” Mind you, it was atleast another 8-10 mins before close time. As we walk out, this couple is walking in, supposedly for an online order. So one of my friends decided to last minute put an order in because they knew the app couldn’t decline his order since it wasn’t close to 9pm yet. We sat a few parking spaces away from the door. The two girls both walked outside giggling and placing his food on the ground. I had my window down so I saw them do this. One of the girls noticed me looking and got the other girl’s attention. So I said “are you really gonna put that on the ground?” One of the girls had a bad attitude and said “you want it on the table?” I said “yes and not on the ground” They ended up leaving my friend’s food on the ground and going inside and locking the door. It was not 9pm yet. I understand maybe they were upset that my friend put an order in last minute, but integrity and patience is so important! I walked up to get the food and saw them both talking to someone and yelling about the situation that had happened. I’ve worked in the restaurant and food industry before. Don’t have the open sign on if you claim your closing for the night. They were cleaning up early for the night, but never once have I done this or experienced someone declining me because they close in 8-10 mins. We were getting one order. I get it, they were probably ready to go home. But both of those girls working, my god, acted like their lives were miserable. My friend definitely could’ve picked somewhere else to eat, but he knew that he would get his food if he placed it online, so he did. Those girls were very disrespectful by their tone and putting his food on the ground. That to me sounds like a health violation. And they thought it was a funny thing to do, placing food on the ground. Especially right before they closed.

My partner and I Ordered on 9/2/23 a Baja chicken wrap and a Thai chicken wrap with two smoothies. When biting into a half of the Baja wrap there was a very hard piece of plastic in the wrap. Thankfully it wasn’t swallowed but omg ? won’t recommend for food.Tried calling and you can’t even get through to anyone. This should be taken care of!!!!

Stopped in this morning, staff was friendly and my smoothies came out less than 2 minutes after I paid. I know service can be hit or miss but they killed it today!!!
