The restaurant was very busy, but it was Friday and lunch time. Our waiter was very friendly, but the wait staff was trying to take care of a lot of tables. For us it was fine, because it was a meeting of friends and we had more time to visit. This was my 3rd time there and I will go again.Nice place and good food.
My boyfriend and I ordered the ribeye to-go with a side of loaded baked potato. The potato was cooked well, but we barely got any toppings for it. The salad was the best part of the meal. The steaks were a good color and we asked for medium but they were super tough and chewy and difficult to cut. I’ve been to longhorn before and the steaks are normally juicy and tender. So I was slightly disappointed in the food quality. Steak was on point. I've never had a bad one. But my sweet potatoe was hard and not cooked completely, and the asparagus was complete mush. Now the asparagus still tasted like asparagus but would have liked it better with some crunch. Hopefully, it's just an off night.
