I already love Chipotle, but of course sometimes the service/quality can be hit or miss at some locations and different shifts. Today, however, I just wanted to highlight the exceptional experience I had at the Mayfaire location. From the first gentleman to scoop my rice to the gal who handled my toppings to the ladies at the checkout, each individual was a friendly encounter that made my walk down the line just absolutely lovely! I have been to this location three times. Every time I have gone, it has been great, except for the tortillas. Every time I've ordered a burrito, parts of the tortilla were cold and almost frozen.

Great when they get your order right. We order here sporadically, always hoping it will get better but it doesn’t. There is always something missing or not right with our order. This time they gave us our order of… but no chips…. Don’t recommend ordering delivery and definitely check your order before you leave if you do take out.
