Good place.

The taste was amazing. The service was ok. The cost for the serving sizes was awful (the reason for the 3 stars). $30 for a fajita quesadilla and a burrito pepe. No chips and salsa! The burrito was like a child's serving size. $17 for 1 fajita quesadilla is outrageous. Don't let my picture angle fool you. The quesadilla was about half the size of the Togo tray.

They did welcome us at all we sat at the table on our own while everyone else was served and greeted with respect they definitely aren’t friendly to outside their race which is weird being in Wilmington people eat different types of food and I also feel they over charged us for the food since prices are on the menu and I am always getting what I can afford so it’s no way two meals a quesadilla and drinks were $89 on Father’s Day
My baby wasn’t offered a high chair or anything
We made the dinner enjoyable without proper service tho the food taste amazing service wasn’t friendly at all idk if I’d go and eat inside maybe a Togo order from now on

I don’t like the fact that they didn’t put my extra side of rice in my bag that I paid for ! When I went to the person up front to tell them I’m missing my rice he tried to tell me the rice is with my order that already came with rice ! I said no the rice already comes with rice . Then he went to the kitchen and still tried to tell me that’s it ! I said not so he goes back in get the rice ! Never coming back to this location!!!

I love the food here, HOWEVER, every single time I order off of the app, sure enough one or more of my items are either missing, or have been swapped out with someone else’s order. Although the food is great, it really ruins the experience and makes me not want to return.

We love this place. The food is amazing and everyone there is so kind. Our son overestimated the spice level he could handle tonight and they came over to check on him and offered to remake it—so generous! Thanks you for such great food and service every time!

Pretty good portions for the price. Salsa bar. Easy atmosphere and friendly staff :) Order at the counter and seat wherever you want. Most of the tables are tall with high chairs, may not be good for small kids.

We ordered foood for delivery through their website and our order was missing an entree when it arrived. I contacted the store and was told over the phone that they could give me a refund. I decided to drive to get my food because we still needed enough food to feed everyone. When I asked for a refund on even just the item that was missing I was just given a shrug and told they can’t do anything. I tried to explain that I paid for delivery, tips, drove out and now have cold food at home and that I was told over the phone I could get a refund but still nothing. What was really lacking was any communication or explanation, all I was given was a blank look and shrugging.

I have loved the food and the business and let them know, but the lack of customer support and changing up what was communicated was appalling and makes me really wonder if I want to come back.

When ordering delivery it will route through DoorDash, however after contacting DoorDash about the mistake they said the business itself is responsible for approving refunds. I would recommend booking directly through DoorDash so if you have any problems with your order you can go through their support not relying on the lack of customer support at Los portales.

Also to add when I got home and opened up the food I ended up having to go pick up it was still the wrong order!! I ordered taco birria and stated it multiple times and came home to open my box to a quesadilla. Luckily all their food is delicious but the service tonight was the worst!
