Just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience at the McDonalds at 2519 N. College Road. I think the managers name is Becky. Everyone who I came in contact with could not have been nicer.
This is literally the worse Location to go to. They mess up my order literally every single time to the point where I stopped coming here. Was having a late night craving for something sweet tonight and took my chances and ran across the street there. I literally only ordered a soda with no ice and 2 cookies. They gave me ice and also only 1 cookie. Can we not follow the most simplest of instructions or know how to count to 2? I wasn’t even ordering anything they had to make...read full review
I visit this Macdonalds every morning before work but today was the worst experience ever. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese meal and once I received my bag of food there was a frozen hash brown in the bag when I let the staff know and returned the food the manager on duty stated to the cashier what does she wants from me referring to me the customer I let them know I wanted a full refund because of the nasty response, they were so unprofessional down to refunding me my money they...read full review
