They didn’t have food available that we ordered through the app. They said they would give us that amount back when we came back, but “lost the name”. Ie, they stole the money. I know it’s just McDonald’s but that’s kind of an extra level of irresponsible… just as a heads up for yall :)

When you order pickup and go inside the food is great, the staff is nice, and your order is always correct. But when you order online for delivery or go throught the drive throught, expect mistakes. We just order once again for delivery form them and intead of a 10 peice nugget we recived a 6 peice nugget box with some kind of sauce in it, no straws, the burgers were burnt, and we didnt even receive our nugget sauce---and this isnt even the first time. Last time we were missing a whole fry, everytime ive order a mcfluffly i have recived it, and when i went through the drive throught i didnt recive my burger. This McDonald was once so amazing and now its starting to fall off again and its very said.

I had ordered the bourbon bacon burger i said no onions when I got my food my burger had onions,so I sent it back they remade it and that one also had onions so once again I go back and they remade it but this time my cheese wasn't melted at this point I was like forget it and left..please check your food before leaving...

Horrible service. The ordering panel doesn’t print a receipt. The food wasn’t served after 40 minutes of waiting. We didn’t get everything we ordered. Rude employees. Greasy food. Just horrible.

Purchased a bacon double quarter pounder with with cheese, the burger was very greasy and the fries were hard, my wife took it back and in turn gave her a burger the had extra salt on it , so much that I couldn’t eat it, the fries taste like old grease, this is so unacceptable

I stood there along with others in the lobby while no one acknowledged us. Then the lady that seemed to be the manager yells “I don’t care about doordashers orders” while we were all standing there patiently and had watched cars that pulled in after us get their food. I left to go to the drive through and was told that I would have to come inside. YALL HAVENT ACKNOWLEDGED ANYONE INSIDE! It’s the type of service you would expect from a toddler. I left.

I asked for my bagels to be toasted and my food to be hot. Instead of toasting both sides of my bagels, they toasted the same side twice and burnt it. Plus, look at the pics. The food was cold, and the cheese didn't melt. And then it was both of them. I deserve this for cheating on my meal plans anyway, but geesh. I was craving this item or Chinese food. I guess I should have spent the extra money!

Had me pull up as they were “waiting on my sandwhich”. Fast forward almost 30 minutes and I go inside to see what took so long and they said “they thought I left” even though nobody even came out to check, or they would have seen me right where they told me to pull up.

Update: just looked at my quarter pounder w cheese there is half a piece of cheese on there and the burger looks like it's days old. Didn't even eat it.

There needs to be something new added about verbally confirming with the customer what they ordered. I came to realize that they gave my order to someone else, and as an apology, they handed me less than what I ordered.

Needed more people running registers. The Register person should not be running orders when there is a line of 7 or more people waiting. When I placed my order, it was wrong. I know Saturday morning is busy but need to work on improving counter service .
