Unless you ask for food to be made as you wait, it will be cold. Then you have to wait quite a while before you get it. Condiments are behind the service counter, so you have to remember to ask for them! If you forget, then you have to wait for the counter person to return. Portions have gotten smaller... ie: burgers and buns. The cheese doesn't cover the entire burger... you only get half a slice of cheese placed in the middle. Pièce de résistance... ordering from a kiosk. I deleted my app because it wouldn't allow me to order what I wanted... only what they wanted to sell.

Electronic self serve no receipt given no table numbers available for in house service.

Waited 30 minutes no order delivered. Waited at counter for 10 minutes before waited on then order was filled wrong.

Trash cans were overflowing. Looked like chaos in the kitchen with many customers coming back to get food left out of their orders.

Would not recommend this McDonald’s.

It was a pretty long drive-thru line. However, it moved fast.

It's a McDonald's!! You get fast food.
Fortunately this location is fast, serves food fresh and hot, even when ordered from the app.
Hot coffee prepared as requested. Burrito assembled when ordered.
All you can ask for at a McD's.

Listened to the drive thru worker berate the car ahead of us for not speaking proper English. I understand language barriers are frustrating but seriously unprofessional. You need to have a talk with that worker

Don't trust the app. It says that they are open but they are closed. Multiple times this has happened. Waste of time and money.

I don’t usually have standout experiences at McDonald’s, but today was different, and I need to share it, especially for this location. Today, we had to say goodbye to our cat. It was one of the hardest days. I stopped by the McDonald’s drive-thru to get a 4-piece nugget — chicken nuggets were her favorite treat, and it felt like a small way to honor her as her last meal When I got to the speaker, I couldn’t hold it together. I started crying as I placed my order. By the time I pulled up to the window, they gently told me the meal was on them. At both windows. I broke down in tears again. They even made them fresh for her. The kindness, the compassion — it meant more than I can put into words. Every person there showed genuine care in such a vulnerable moment. I’ve never experienced something like that, especially not at a fast food place. It reminded me that even in the smallest moments, people can show up with big hearts. Thank you to that McDonald’s crew. You truly made a difference today.
