The food was sooo good! But best of all was our server! She was so kind and welcoming ♥️

Bartender kept leaving the building when my beer was empty

Went here 2 nights across from my hotel. 1st night pizza was great and what I expected from my hometown Mello Mushroom. Day 2 we ordered, to go, an Italian sub. It was horrible. Just a few slices of meat and nothing else. No dressing, no lettuce or tomatoes. The tater tots were soggy and tasted old. I would have returned it, but it was just before closing time. It was a waste of money. I had to order room service for real food.

me and my family went to the mellow mushroom in downtown Wilmington,nc. we were there to watch the fireworks this 4th of july and decided to go in and grab food before the show. hostess said it would be 30 mins witch was fine it was decently busy considering the fireworks show and all. it was about 20 mins before we were called and got sat down quickly. that's where it started going downhill. it took 10mins before we were even acknowledged and got a drink order. the waiter looked like he had just rolled outta bed looking sloppy and a mess and acted like he was high out of his mind most of the night, at least the very few times we saw him. we ordered and it took an hour and 20 mins to get our food in that hour we were never offered a refill on our drinks or even told sorry for that wait or anything. i had to ask for refills and he only got me and my sons and didn't even bother with my wifes drink. me and my wife got the steak hoagie and it was subpar at best. it tasted and looked like a grocery store frozen cheese steak kit. not worth 15 bucks. my sons got the mild wings and a small cheese pizza and both of those i will say were really good though the mild wings seemed way hotter than we expected. honestly i don't think you could pay me to go back into that place and try again. it was possibly the worst dinning experience i believe we have ever had.

Always eat at the bar. Mary, Katie, McKenzie and Grace are all fantastic! Reason I like to come back.

The TV’s at the bar however are in desperate need of replacement.

Ordered a to go for kids. The to go section said the kitchen is backed up and it'll take 20 minutes. After so many follow ups, the small pizzas were finally ready after 47 minutes. If they told me up front that it'll take 45 minutes, I wouldn't have placed the order. The place was probably 25% occupied and only 3 people were waiting for to-go so something is seriously wrong about how the kitchen handles the orders.

Fun atmosphere, food is fantastic, staff is attentive & friendly.

Very unique decorations on the inside. Very calming style atmosphere. Prices are not bad, service was pretty good, and the food tasted good.

First time eating at the establishment hostess polite and seated us no wait.
Food arrived in a timely manner, wife had wings and I had the meatball hoagie. Hoagie was good bun was fresh meatballs were good no over bearing taste like Oregano or other herbs, which gives me indigestion and acid reflux. The sauce seems without over bearing flavor but there was too much cheese, I had to remove some of it to my satisfaction, ordered the whole but I'll get the half sandwich next time.
Wings were good and tasty and crispy.

Parking: We parked in a pay parking lot and walked the riverfront and the parking fee seems reasonable after paying twice the amount at the beach for just one hour for what I paid for three hours downtown

Kid-friendliness: There was a couple who had their children with them and they seem to be enjoying themselves.

Kenzi, by far the best!! Grace too!! And Mary!! They provide amazing service anytime I’m here. Food is amazing, service is immaculate. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat downtown, Mellow Mushroom is your move!
