“I just wanted to give a nice shout out to Toni!!! It was the first day back to school for the students and I know she was busy all day yet I just ordered two vegetable spring rolls and some rice and she treated me like a king. Thank you so much Toni.“

“Really quite enjoyed this place. Has an upper area for larger gatherings, booths for small ones. The beer was good and food delicious! A few shortcomings with the bar staff being curt, no Non-alcoholic options, forgot to salt the rim of margaritas but those are all things that can be re- written overnightVegetarian options: A handful of options when it comes to salad, apps, and veggies pizzas“
“Everything from great craft cocktails to our apps and entrees it was delish! Staff were all so friendly and welcoming too. I’ll also add that the low prices for such great food and atmosphere right here in our Porters Neck neighborhood has us hooked!Parking: 980 Roundhouse circle“

“First time trying The Smokehouse at Monkey Junction and it was great! What was even better was the deal they were running for February - you got a pulled pork sandwich, side, slaw and a drink for only $5! That's insane this day and age. I would definitely go back on the regular, make sure you get the cinnamon butter for the hushpuppies, it's like dessert!“

“My husband and I were blown away by our experience here on Saturday. The staff, from the host to the manager, was very welcoming. Our server Grant was fantastic! I have a gluten allergy, with which he was very accommodating and patient. He checked with the kitchen twice on every item I ordered to make sure it was safe. Cannot say enough nice things about the hospitality. We can definitely be picky when it comes to food (we’re huge foodies), but it more than exceeded our expectations, especially the rack of lamb. The risotto (with ahi tuna) was the best risotto I’ve had. We ate every bite. It was definitely worth the money and we can’t wait to come back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“

“Found a gem of a brewery while in Wilmington for business located on Old Eastwood Rd. It is walking distance from the Hampton Inn. I met Guy the owner and his mother Mary Ann. Mary Ann was so nice to talk to. Great conversation of how Guy started the brewery and the different types of beers he has made. Had a couple of pints and it was so good I got a few growlers to go. Try By the Beach Brewing you won't be disappointed.“
