Wonderful experience for our anniversary. Amazing Japanese Wagyu, cooked to perfection. Highly recommend! Great atmosphere and service.
G Prime is hands down the best fine dining steak house in Wilmington. My fiancé and I always come here for every special occasion. They have excellent service/atmosphere and even better steaks. My fiancé and my favorite order is their ribeye with broccollini, macaroni, and fries. Anything you order here is going to be amazing.
If you want a fine dining , fancy date night this is the place. Was able to snag an online reservation, arrived early, was seated early. Chelsea the host, was very accommodating and very personable. They do have a strict dress code fyi. I ordered the butter rolls, steak, Mac & cheese , scalped potatoes & carrot cake. It was all delicious. We will be back soon for sure. One of the managers even stopped by and chatted with us to ensure we were enjoying our experience, which we did!!

Based on the reviews, G Prime Steak & Cellar offers a great overall experience with amazing food and top notch service. The ambiance is relaxing and the atmosphere is great. The food is excellent, with specific mentions of delicious sweet tea pork chops, tender and juicy NY strip, and the best steaks ever had, including Wagyu Australian Filet Mignon and Prime NY Strip. Sides like truffle Mac& cheese and au gratin potatoes are loved, and the creme brulee is delectable. For dessert, the carrot cake is noted as absolute perfection, though a recent change made the new version less tempting. The service is excellent, attentive, and friendly. The restrooms are very clean and fancy. It is a highly recommend place for a great evening.
