My family of 4 were quickly sat for dinner on a weeknight 2 nights ago. We sat at a table not on the hibachi section of the restaurant.

We waited for over 20 minutes at our table and were never greeted by a server. Tables around us had multiple servers stop to get drink refills, take orders, and deliver food. We didn’t get so much as a glance our direction.

After almost 25 minutes of waiting to get our drink orders taken or even a server to just greet us, we decided our business was not welcome so we left. It was a disappointing experience.

This place was okay, come to town for work a lot so I try to find different places to test and eat at. Everything was great until I was getting up from my meal and saw a cockroach crawl across another customers table. Got me wondering…

Absolutely outstanding experience! Vinny and Gianna went above and beyond to make our night special. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality were second to none. They were knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was incredible, but the service from Vinny and Gianna is what truly set this visit apart. If you’re dining at Nikki’s Steakhouse, you’re in the best hands with these two. Five stars isn’t enough—highly recommend!

We've been Nikki's fans for years and years. Went there tonight and had such a wonderful spread. Delicious food, a great ambience on the back patio.. and our server, Vinny, was spectacular! So kind and accommodating, very attentive, and even helped the table next to us when their server got too busy!

I wish I had gotten the name of the girl working the host stand tonight on Friday, June 5, 2026. It was a typical busy Friday night and I called in a somewhat complex order for pickup (I am vegan and they are always willing to make accommodations and substitutions when asked). The girl who took my order was beyond kind and patient. When I arrived to pickup, my food did take quite a bit longer than she initially expected, but I was not upset about it at all as they were busy preparing food for customers who had chosen to dine in, as they should. Everyone still moved quickly and efficiently, and the hostess made sure to check on my food frequently and went out of her way to make sure they prepared my rice last so that it was fresh and hot when I received it. She triple checked that the specific requests I asked for were taken care of before handing over my food. She was VERY sweet and had great customer service that I don't see as often as I used to. I am very grateful for her kindness on such a stressfully busy night. Also, the food is delicious and hot despite my nearly 30 min drive back home. Thank you, Nikki's!
