Nori Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar

Took my girlfriend out for a date night after she said she was craving sushi, we’ve been here multiple times and food is always amazing and it was today too!

However after our meal I decided to wash my hands in the bathroom before leaving and I hear a knocking on the door so I opened it and some dude on the staff looks at me and says “hey you can’t smoke in here bro” I look at him like he’s crazy because I literally just washed my hands and walked out. I immediately noticed the place reeks of weed in the back and I told him I don’t even smoke weed and laughed it off. This guy has the nerve to be sarcastic and says “sure bro, you can’t smoke in here tho” and sends a server to my girlfriends table to ask her if I was smoking weed in the bathroom?!

You have got to be kidding me this dude who I spoke to just blindly assumes I’m smoking weed in a restaurant. I’ve worked in a restaurant management for years now and never would I ever handle a situation like that.

Best experience I had eating here today was our waitress and hostess other then that the food was not what we expected. Shrimp Tempura was dry and had a weird taste. Salmon avacado rolls were very tiny but decent. Ordered a "steak" Lo mein that looked like a fast food Lo mein but had no flavor to the noodles. The meat tasted like lamb meat and def was not worth $21 just for a regular sized dish of it. Sesame chicken was also ordered and it was very chewy. The "fried rice" tasted like it was microwaved and had a weird pork taste to it 🤮. In total I spent 110$ and that was because I was respectful enough to tip the waitress because it wasn't her fault that the food was that bad. You might have luck with other sushi Items but for other food your better off getting fast food chinese! Also restaurant looks nice and is very clean Ill give it some stars on that.

I have both had take out and delivery multiple times from Nori. I was referred by a friend. I love sushi. I enjoy the Poke bowls and prefer to add sweet and sour soup. I enjoy the variety of different fresh ingredients- I do cut some down at home but am fine with that. I own chopsticks and condiment dishes. I like the Japanese dressing best and like requesting extra seaweed. Staff are always welcoming when I pick up. Delivery communication is clear though Toast. I’ve ordered a variety of rolls which have been delicious.
I’ve never dined in. They have bar and patio dining. They don’t have a mid day closed window making them a convenient choice for pick up.
Check your order to ensure you have made all your choices- I once forgot to specify dressing. I was able to create a dressing from my pantry- just a heads up. Two locations- one convenient for me.

Quality is good here. Lots of variety. Have to pick menu options carefully to get good value.

The waitress forgot one of our meals after waiting for 45 mins. The restaurant was dirty. Veggies were burnt and looked like little lumps of charcoal. Anyone can have a bad day, but this was my 2nd attempt eating here and I doubt I will return.

Don't order takeout on Valentine's Day unless you want to sit around a crowded lobby filled withnangey Door dash drivers. Add an hour to whatever time they tell you it's going to be ready

Idk what happened to this place.. my kids ordered chicken teriyaki, it came out cold and the chicken was as tough as jerky. When the new plate came out it there was some strange mystery slice of meat at the bottom that looked like it was the same chicken that we just sent back. Disappointed to say the least..
