Had such a great date night on New Years Eve. Our server, Charlie, was amazing! The food was great and so was the atmosphere. We will be returning!

Our dinner for 6 at Osteria Ciccheti was just what we'd hoped for: delicious food brought to us by an attentive, outgoing server. The ambience was warm & cozy and conducive to great conversation. Our group enjoyed a variety of dishes, from chicken to pasta and salmon. Even better, OC's generous portions allowed 3 of us to enjoy leftovers at home :) Finishing with OC's homemade tiramisu was the perfect ending to a lovely evening. Kudos to the kitchen as well-5 stars all around!

Solid Italian food, but nothing crazy. Would say it’s a bit overpriced for the quality of the food.

We ordered takeaway, and were seriously underwhelmed. The food was fine, not great, but fine. Portions were small and the price was too high in comparison.

Just discovered this restaurant since we were shopping next door at the Wine Shop. Good food and good service.

Our food was delicious and our service excellent. All four meals, each different, were amazing. Our waitress was attentive and the manager checked on us twice. I would definitely go back. Expect to pay more, but for quality you have to.

I booked a Thanksgiving reservation at Osteria Cicchetti on November 1. On November 18, I received a voicemail saying they are canceling it because they are not actually open on Thanksgiving. That leaves me eight days to find another restaurant, and everything is already booked.

I know this is not the end of the world, but it is frustrating. This is something the restaurant could have flagged weeks ago. They also could have updated Resy at the start of the year to reflect holiday closures. As a customer who planned ahead, it is disappointing to be left without options so close to the holiday.

We’ve been going to Osteria Cicchetti for 20 years, both the Military Cutoff location as well as the Monkey Junction location (before it closed). It was always one of the best Italian Restaurants in Wilmington.

Over the past few years we’ve seen many changes. Just like most good restaurants, prices go up and menu choices go down. We decided to have dinner there tonight and unfortunately this may be the last time we go there.

The food was not bad, it just wasn’t great. The plate on the table had pieces of old dried food on it. Not a good start. My wife ordered the Penne Vodka and I ordered the Veal Parm with angel hair pasta.

I also ordered a Soprano Pizza to go, even though it hasn’t been on the menu for years. The best way I can describe the overall meal was “it was okay, nothing special”. When I go to one of my favorite restaurants, I want it to be exceptional, not just “okay”.

When we got home I opened the Soprano Pizza box and found what looked like 1/2 of what I used to get years ago. It was like one slice of pizza and it was much thinner than what we used to get.

Hey I get it. Restaurants have to figure out a way to keep costs down. Honestly, $130 isn’t terrible for dinner for two, especially when you’re also taking a pizza home for tomorrow. I just can’t honestly say, “we’ll be back soon”, because quite honestly, I’d rather pay $180 for a dinner for two but have that food be “ GREAT”.

We made a reservation for 18 on a busy Saturday night for my mom’s birthday. Ended up having an extra person come so had 19. They could not have been more accommodating and kind!! The service was absolutely excellent, our waitress Shannon was unshaken by all of my crazy family switching seats, splitting checks. As a former server I don’t know how she did it, and she did it with so much kindness too. The food was amazing, came out in perfect timing. I could not speak more highly of this place for larger groups! Thank you so much.

It's hard to hear as the acoustics are terrible. The food is very good.

I highly recommend this experience. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere, enjoy delicious Italian dishes and brick oven pizza. I am Italian and there are only a couple of places that have right. The bar scene is cooler than anticipated. Great wine sel action to match your choice of entrees.

The food was excellent. Our sever was very good. We were in the back room where it was extremely loud, due to other customers having a great time. I was with 2 hearing impaired friends who struggled to hear each other. We were not upset. Just wondering if some design could be implemented to improve this.

Been coming for years, is a bit up and down of late. Shrinking menu with higher prices AND a 3% service add-on, with a surprise cleanliness score. Will wait a bit before coming back.
Food still good tho.
