Go to Sam’s instead. I won’t ever visit this location due to poor customer service. I’m standing there with my order ready, next in line, and was completely ignored. Another customer walks in behind me, the employee with a beanie gives him a fist bump and asks what he can get for him. I’m literally standing right in front of him, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I walked out. No one there cares.

I absolutely LOVE PT's grille. Their fries are practically to die for. (I suggest using honey mustard as the dipping sauce for the fries) I've lived in Wilmington for 28 years and still have never gotten tired of it. Good service and the prices are great as well. But one of my favorite things about it, is the way they take your order. They give you a little pad and pencil for you to circle exactly what you want and then give it to them. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Their food I s great . Workers are friendly and fast. I would recommend them. Hot dogs are huge. Not much more to add. Try it.

I think their food is good, however everytime we go when we're on vacation they screw up our order. Doesn't matter what location.

I have been to several P Ts and they are normally very good, however this location is terrible. After eating our overpriced, cold burgers we went up to pay with a Gift Card. It took 2 different employees to try to ring us up. They acted like they have never seen a Gift Card before. Finally we get to the "manager" who also couldn't figure it out. He then asked if I got the GC at a different location, which doesn't matter, but i said I was given the GC as a gift at work. He then said "they might have rang it up funny at the other location." That they would be unable to accept it. He then condescendingly asked if I understood, which of course doesn't make any sense. Didn't offer to make things right or take $ off our bill or anything. Terrible management, terrible food, terrible experience.

I brought 15 people here. The food was good and the menu was small and simple. The ordering style was a little confusing at first but I caught on. Staff was friendly and they have a large patio (which means a lot to me because I always have my dog).

Great little find in Wilmington. Right across from the university. Inside or outside dining. Amazing grille food! Fries are delicious so get extra!
