P T's Olde Fashioned Grille

I think their food is good, however everytime we go when we're on vacation they screw up our order. Doesn't matter what location.

I have been to several P Ts and they are normally very good, however this location is terrible. After eating our overpriced, cold burgers we went up to pay with a Gift Card. It took 2 different employees to try to ring us up. They acted like they have never seen a Gift Card before. Finally we get to the "manager" who also couldn't figure it out. He then asked if I got the GC at a different location, which doesn't matter, but i said I was given the GC as a gift at work. He then said "they might have rang it up funny at the other location." That they would be unable to accept it. He then condescendingly asked if I understood, which of course doesn't make any sense. Didn't offer to make things right or take $ off our bill or anything. Terrible management, terrible food, terrible experience.

I brought 15 people here. The food was good and the menu was small and simple. The ordering style was a little confusing at first but I caught on. Staff was friendly and they have a large patio (which means a lot to me because I always have my dog).

Great little find in Wilmington. Right across from the university. Inside or outside dining. Amazing grille food! Fries are delicious so get extra!

If you want a quality burger this is your spot. Whenever we are in town, this is a must stop for us. The burgers are consistently great. We have never had a bad experience. It is fast and the staff are exceptional.

Food at PT’s is always good, but has gotten a bit expensive recently since 2 four once cheeseburger meals are now about $25 after tax and tip, I feel like for the price I can get better quality and tasting burgers at somewhere like Mess Hall nearby instead.

Great and delicious food that is made fresh to order! For those who are new, there are order slips that you pick up and fill out. After you fill out your order, turn it in at the front counter or in the order window outside. There is nice covered seating outside. They will call your name when your order is up and you turn in your order slip at the end to pay. Food is always delicious and super fresh. The fries are amazing!
