Started out a cool place to grab some good wings and do trivia and music bingo has quickly turned bad… The Sicilian pizza I got last night was completely inedible; dough was really tough, didn’t have any sauce and the cheese was cold and congealed and not even melty. The server told me that they would void it off my bill only to find out I was still charged for it; I barely ate once slice last night. I would come in twice a week and get wings and pizza for trivia and bingo but won’t be back anymore. Called this morning to speak to a manager about last night and had to leave a voicemail. I don’t appreciate being charged $20+ tax for a pizza that I was told was voided off my bill. It makes me think they never informed their manager what happened if I was still charged for it. The wings are hands down the best part of the menu, just need more sauce on them and more spicy options too. It’s also been hard at trivia and bingo when people talk too loud and you can’t hear the question or music during the events.

We come to trivia almost every Monday and we thought we’d share about our waitress we’ve had our last few times we’ve came. Shayleigh, she is extremely professional and handles all us loud (sorry!!) customers so well and always has a joke or 2 to crack. My friend needed help figuring out what beer to get and she was able to recommend her what is now her new favorite beer. And she never gets frustrated with our amount of questions we have regarding food. She is so much fun and makes us want to keep returning every Monday to see her. 5 stars all around.

This was fantastic! We were looking for a place that included gluten-free options, because my fiancé is gluten-sensitive, and the pizza didn't disappoint. She loved it. I had a pizza with regular crust, and it was just as good! We will absolutely go back here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you go to Ponysaurus, prepare yourself for Leo.

I came in for a drink…
but let’s be honest — I stayed for Leo, the Greek demigod behind the bar. Long brown hair, piercing brown eyes, and a body that looks like it was handcrafted by the gods themselves. The man could probably lift a keg with one arm while mixing a cocktail with the other.

And the service?
Let’s just say he pours drinks with the same intensity he makes eye contact — smooth, confident, and a little dangerous in the best way.

Friendly, attentive, and absolutely unforgettable. If Ponysaurus had a loyalty program based solely on Leo, I’d be Platinum by now.

Do yourself a favor — order something from the bar and enjoy the view.

The service was slow when there were hardly any customers in there during lunch. The bartender, didn't even know how to make a fuzzy navel and the drink sucked!!! Then the charged my debit card twice. The food was ok but, I will NEVER go back there nor recommend to any of my friends

What a beautiful space, inside and out. Bartenders were super! We live in Durham, home of the original Ponysaurus, and this is a nice addition to their brand.

We just stopped in for a couple of drinks and to watch some football. Sat at the bar. Good times!

Beer? Yup! Wine? Yup. Slushy drinks. Yup! Food? Yup. (we didn't eat). Lots of seating. Clean bathrooms.

Food was decent, great beer, nice staff. But the bs with ordering on the phone then servers standing in the middle of the backyard trying to figure out what goes where is stupid. Just get paper menus and regular servers. They already have to walk around fetching things anyway.

We decided to eat here after a trip to the Children’s Museum, we were walking by and thought, “why not?” And wow, we were not disappointed. We didn’t know what to expect but were quickly blown away. I don’t usually like ordering online at the table, but in this instance it worked to our favor because we had three very hungry kids and food came out very fast once we submitted our order. I ordered a GF pizza for myself and my husband along with a regular pepperoni pizza for the kids, some Thai chili chicken wings, and a GF burger with pimento cheese. First, this is one of the best GF pizzas we’ve had in Wilmington (second only to Benny’s) even my husband, who doesn’t have to eat GF, just does in solidarity, agreed it was phenomenal. Everyone was happy with the chicken wings and we loved the burger as well. Everything was a little pricey bc we had to pay extra for the GF items, but honestly I have to say it was worth the price. Overall we are extremely happy with the food and next time we want to eat outside, we didn’t even know they had a huge outdoor patio space! We can’t wait to go back.
