I'm a newer parent and my partner and I went far too long without a date night. When we finally got a sitter and were ready for a romantic night, I asked some in-the-know friends where to get a cocktail and Banter was top of their list. The beautiful cocktail bar is a must a must visit. With delicious craft cocktails, wonderful ambiance and location banter is a must visit in wilmington My wife and Discovered this place on accident as we were walking by. It almost looked closed when we walked by, however it is in the lowest level of a historic building. The bartenders were wonderful and had great reccomendations.
