“This evening we were excited to bring friends who had never been to Seabird, and it was my wife’s birthday! The food did not disappoint. Our friends loved it. It was good to see a restaurant with a sense of humor when they brought out a “no calorie” birthday cake! (A lit candle stuck to a dessert plate)“

“We were a little disappointed. The food was OK, but it wasn't great. It came out lukewarm. Our pork cheek appetizer didn't have near enough chips to go with it; we didn't ask for more because they appeared to be regular potato chips, not homemade.

The specialty cocktails were not good. Avoid them and just order your regular gi-to drink or a bottle of wine.

The pasta was good, but again, the food wasn't served warm.

Our waitress was good though. Kudos!“

“Ill tell you what. This has to be the king of all dive bars in wilmington. About as divy as it gets. A melting pot of demographics abounds at this joint. From college to elderly. Small spot but the people are always interesting. They have pool, fooseball, a few arcade cabinets, and an unfortunately rarely if ever used nintendo 64. A lot of soul in this place eminated from the strange decorations abound. Definitely worth the experience but i would hold off on visiting until around midnight when it seems to really be poppin off. Also, the new weekend staff is great. Top notch service.“

“Hidden gem! We lucked out as we were driving in to town and read the reviews but there was no availability online. Stopped by anyways and our luck there had been reservation canceled. Amazing fresh catch of the day and preparation. Service was amazing.“

“We recently had my husband's repast at Cornelia's. Casey, Anthony and staff worked with us to plan a lunch for our family and friends. The food was excellent as were the beverages. No one wanted for either during the afternoon. The dining room allowed for people to circulate within the group but there were also plenty of seating options. The room was light and bright and helped to add a little cheer to the celebration of my husband's life. If you are thinking of planning an event I would not hesitate to recommend Cornelia's! Delightful people to work with!

“My wife chooses places based on the presence of outdoor seating and/or live music. I choose them based on the quality and creativeness of the food. She choose this place and nobody in our party knew anything about it beyond it's a rooftop bar with view of the river (faces west). My undeserved trepidation was immediately dispelled. Our server was on top of everything, friendly, and charming. The food arrived quickly, was elegantly presented and tasted delicious. A great place for watching a sunset while having a drink or dining.“

“I love Ibis so much and really would recommend it to everyone - BUT since it's opening it has had terrible wifi connection. I know this is a problem with many others. I barely come here anymore because I often go to cafes to do a little bit of work. Currently writing this because I just missed a work meeting while here.

I do however recommend this place 100%. I love the atmosphere and music.“

From the classic cocktails to the fresh strawberry mojitos, the whiskey lit parm, wagu bruschetta and the congratulatory engagement cannoli-it was a night to remember. And…probably the best meal Ive had in 58 years on planet earth!!“
