absolutely awful club they don’t care about your life or if you get beat on,said they would ban the girls who jumped me for atleast a year and here they are a few weeks later back in varnish what awful owners and bouncers not to mention as I was on the ground bloody the bouncers were not holding them back nor helping 😂don’t go here it’s not worth it
Varnish is hands down the best bar in Wilmington! The bartenders are the best in all of downtown—they’re fast, friendly, and always make sure you’re having a great time. The venue itself is the perfect size—big enough to keep the energy high but never so packed that you feel like you’re missing out. I go to UNCW and this is the spot to be downtown! All my friends are here on the weekends. Great music and energy. The bartenders are attentive and amazing! I love Varnsih
