When in Wilmington add Seabird to your must-visit list! Making reservations is a must, especially during the weekend. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. The vibe is fantastic, with amazing seafood, crafted cocktails, and delicious desserts. We cannot wait to return!
Sat with Spencer and the other bartender and had an amazing experience! Seafood tower, baked BBQ oysters, yellowtail crudo, and brownie trifle sundae were all unreal - seafood tower was the highlight! Food was incredible, staff were attentive and personable, and it was the perfect spot for a celebration dinner. Will be back the next time we are in Wilmington!

The food was spectacular. We've eaten at top places, The French Laundry, etc., Seabird belongs. Their Swordfish Schnitzel was simply remarkable. My wife and I are still talking about it. Make a reservation and go.
