“Really good food and very quick service. The Fried Oyster Deviled Egg with Caviar was exquisite. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The only possible complaint was not using a large ice cube in the cocktail one of us had - the drink got watered down.“

Nice place and I'll be going back to try the hot honey oysters. The rosemary lemon drop was delicious. If you get the crab dip, get extra pitas, they are so good.“

That flavor just did not mesh. Hushpuppies are the best I’ve ever had, crab cakes are divine, salads are fresh, kids menu Mac and cheese is SO DELICIOUS.“

“One of the best restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. I had the pork chop and sweet potato. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and creatively spiced, sauced, and accompanied such that it reminded me of a Sunday BBQ picnic in the park while still being sophisticated and delicious.“

“Mardi Gras dinner was delicious. Everything was wonderful. Shrimp & grits were a major standout. The seafood boil had so much to offer. The freshly shucked and fried oysters in the Po Boy from three little spats were assembled with perfection, and that bread!?? The King Cake made from scratch was fantastic. “Heard a lot about this place and decided to check it out. We had a Great meal tonight and sat in a booth - Which we prefer because it’s more quiet and sometimes I have a hard time hearing. We had the Fisherman’s Pasta and Fried Oysters dinner. For my pasta dish I told them to hold the red pepper flakes and add more Garlic. YUM!! Both our dishes came out steaming HOT and delicious - and at the same time! Nice big pieces of oysters, scallops, shrimp, mussels and Catch of the Day was Mahi Mahi. They also had Trout and Salmon Catch of the Day. Waitress - Asia - was superb - I even had to get a T-Shirt! We will definitely be back. Great place for Seafood!!“

“when i first heard about the ibis i knew it was going to be a place i would really enjoy. not only do i enjoy music overall but have visited gravity records several times so seeing a collaboration between them was exciting to see. my first time at the ibis was definitely the most welcoming and played a big part in me continuing to come and grab a drink & have a chat with friends. i love the atmosphere, the music, & the cocktails always hit the spot. after the first time visiting, i started, realizing that the customer service and interactions overall were not that great. i tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and assume that they were possibly having an overwhelming and busy day. i will go ahead and mention that i am very respectful when it comes to me going out to public spaces. i have always been very good with my manners and would say i'm more patient than most people in our world these days. so for me to feel the need to say anything about this should say a lot in itself. i've been to the ibis about five times at this point and ever since the first time i have not been greeted with a welcoming vibe whatsoever. i'm not expecting much from the staff but basic phrases like "hey how are y'all doing?" or "how's it going?" are never used. not even a welcoming smile or anything. not only that but it seems like they stare at you & wait for you to say something first. i will also mention that this isn't only during cocktail hours. i've been there during coffee hours and the staff during that time seem to be the same. i really love this spot. it's an awesome place to have a casual drink or just to listen to some good music but i'm writing this because not only me but friends that have been there with their own friends have also had negative experiences with the staff. i have nothing against the staff, maybe they've just never worked a customer service job & don't realize that your body language and energy does affect the people around you. i just hate that i don't feel like can fully enjoy my time here when there's so much negative tension between the customers and staff. i hope there can be a meeting where this could be addressed, but overall beautiful spot and looking forward to future events.“

“this is that neighborhood, whole in the wall bar every one loves and hates on. I've come by here a few times. The crowds are always so different but always entertaining. Some drinks are a little too stiff late at night, but never a dull moment :)“

“Tried out the New location in Wrightsville Beach today, and had a great experience! Saw lots of menu items that reminded me of previous visits but the new items looked amazing and I had a hard time choosing what to eat! Patty was our server tonight and she was super knowledgeable and very accommodating to my vegan companion, making great suggestions! We enjoyed everything! We loved Patty, she represents your business in the best way, and deserves all the praise! I can’t wait to come back for the pizzas I didn’t try tonight, they really sounded like incredible flavor combinations!“

“Small family owned restaurant. Great sushi rolls and hibachi meals. I love the super crunch roll and homemade ginger dressing for salad. Pork gyoza and edamame are my favorite apps here. Never have to wait, fast service and friendly staff! The temp fried cheesecake for dessert is a must try if you like cheesecake! free on your bday!! Lots of Sake choices...i like the pineapple and fuji apple sake. Reasonable prices! Must try!“
