Service was horrible. Was not greeted when entering but other patrons were. Waited at the register to order for 5 plus minutes while you could hear worked laughing and talking. While waiting for my shakes other guests were greeted… i watched the baristas text on her phone while my espresso and ice cream sat in the blender (unblended). I specifically told the person who took my order extra, extra whip cream and very light caramel drizzle on top and not in the cup…. He wrote this down on my cup.

As I’m watching the barista who is texting on her phone she is literally putting heavy drizzle inside of my cup. I had to ask here was that my order bc i requested no drizzle in my cup. I received my order with barely any whip cream and heave caramel drizzle….

Literally it took 20 plus minutes to receive my drinks to where i didn’t even have time to get the drinks remade bc i was on limited time.

Horrible experience at this place & im highly disappointed.

Tiny little spot but not much seating. They were skimping on the Ghirardelli chocolate...

Ordered the 3 Egg bites for $5 and a large coffee. When I was handed the cup of coffee, the lid slipped off, spilling some in my lap. I handed the cup back and asked for a new cup. The server mentioned that a lot of the coffee cups are defective and the lids are hard to fit. ( then find better cups!! ). After I drove away, pulled out the egg bites from the paper bag and there were only two bites, not the three advertised on the menu. Never going back!

Wow!!! I go to all PCJ locations and this is the slowest one!!! Even when there are no people, it still takes over 10 minutes to get your order.

The coffee is good, the food is okay. The drive thru is such a tight curve that even in my small car it's hard to get close to the window.

The iced salted caramel latte with almond milk? PERFECT. The ice cubes? AS IF THEY WERE HAND CARVED. The staff? LEGENDS. I would drink this stuff every hour if I could. If you haven’t been, what are you even doing with your life?! GO. NOW.

This specific PCJ location is abysmal. They always get stuff wrong

Alyssa was very professional and provided an exceptional service. They have splendid food, the pepper jack cheese and sausage bagel is a great meal.

Mochachino is the best!

You guys can’t open with a little snow is pathetic. 4 days being closed in the mornings.

The best place to go if you want to wait 20 minutes for one coffee which they still get wrong even after asking you what you ordered, twice.

This is the second time this has happened within the same week. Last time, I ordered three cheese egg bites. This time I ordered the bacon and cheese Egg bites. Both orders have just been plain egg bites. Nothing in them. I’m not sure what’s going on here and why you are charging over five dollars for plain egg bites and not actually putting anything into the egg bites like you advertise. I’m hoping this gets resolved soon.

Love the staff! They are friendly and professional. This is our favorite store but recently the music has changed to 1950s 1960s jazz. Some of it is just annoying and gets too loud. We would prefer an eclectic mix of music or some modern jazz.

i love this PCJ location!!! the people here are always so friendly and sweet! the drinks are amazing every time i come. i also love their baked goods. the lobby has a very cozy environment with lots of games and books. i wish i could give it 6 stars!!! highly recommend!!

I go there a lot but this past time was horrible I went there got a blueberry bagel to go went to go to bite into it I couldn’t even bite thru it it was hard as a brick I banged it on the table it didn’t even break it wouldn’t even bend went to work hungry so thx.
