Port City Java

Tuesday afternoon at 2:15 and decided to get my wife a latte. Been using 17th Street location for seven years. Decided to try Crossroads location. What a mistake! I was the only person in line and it took almost ten minutes.After they took my order I had to blow my horn to get someone to bring my latte and then it wasn't correct. I finally got my money back and left. Use Port City, but not this location.

I usually have such a good experience at this PCJ, but today was a bit disappointing. Swung by before our drive up to Ogden to grab two coffees, two sandwiches, and a muffin. They only made the coffees, after a while of waiting (finished our coffees) had to go up and ask for everything else - they'd lost our order completely, once that was sorted we got in the car & headed on our way - only to find the sandwiches were completely wrong. :(

Oh my gosh! My visit to PCJ today was the highlight of my morning. My iced latte was so good, I just love their little ice cubes! They're just so good for my teeth 😂 My daughter loved her smoothie. The staff was so friendly, props to Eva for the delicious drinks today. I will definitely be coming back! 😁

how can the food be so bad? literally just a complete waste of money and it's twice the price that it should be. really unbelievable that these places stay in business

Every time I walk in this place I feel welcomed. The crew is exceptional nice and personal. I'm not scared to try new things, because they offer samples & great advice. Go Ilissa and the team!

I have been drinking coffee at PCJ since they had one store on Front St in Wilmington. My mother took me there first time in 1980s. They had and still do have the best coffee and locally fresh made baked offerings plus fruit smoothies to die for and other items. I cannot say how much I love Port City Java. There is not a competitor who can top them. 🥰

High remarks for nice staff. Low remarks for having only 6-ounces of coffee available for purchase at 11:15 AM…and it was cold. To their credit, they offered to make more coffee, but I didn’t have time to wait for them to brew more. To this point, that’s why it’s odd to have a POS (payment system) asking me to tip staff before I receive my purchase.
I’ll go back and hope this was an off-occurrence.

Service was horrible. Was not greeted when entering but other patrons were. Waited at the register to order for 5 plus minutes while you could hear worked laughing and talking. While waiting for my shakes other guests were greeted… i watched the baristas text on her phone while my espresso and ice cream sat in the blender (unblended). I specifically told the person who took my order extra, extra whip cream and very light caramel drizzle on top and not in the cup…. He wrote this down on my cup.

As I’m watching the barista who is texting on her phone she is literally putting heavy drizzle inside of my cup. I had to ask here was that my order bc i requested no drizzle in my cup. I received my order with barely any whip cream and heave caramel drizzle….

Literally it took 20 plus minutes to receive my drinks to where i didn’t even have time to get the drinks remade bc i was on limited time.

Horrible experience at this place & im highly disappointed.

Tiny little spot but not much seating. They were skimping on the Ghirardelli chocolate...

Ordered the 3 Egg bites for $5 and a large coffee. When I was handed the cup of coffee, the lid slipped off, spilling some in my lap. I handed the cup back and asked for a new cup. The server mentioned that a lot of the coffee cups are defective and the lids are hard to fit. ( then find better cups!! ). After I drove away, pulled out the egg bites from the paper bag and there were only two bites, not the three advertised on the menu. Never going back!
