The coffee is good, the food is okay. The drive thru is such a tight curve that even in my small car it's hard to get close to the window.

The iced salted caramel latte with almond milk? PERFECT. The ice cubes? AS IF THEY WERE HAND CARVED. The staff? LEGENDS. I would drink this stuff every hour if I could. If you haven’t been, what are you even doing with your life?! GO. NOW.

This specific PCJ location is abysmal. They always get stuff wrong

Alyssa was very professional and provided an exceptional service. They have splendid food, the pepper jack cheese and sausage bagel is a great meal.

Mochachino is the best!

You guys can’t open with a little snow is pathetic. 4 days being closed in the mornings.

The best place to go if you want to wait 20 minutes for one coffee which they still get wrong even after asking you what you ordered, twice.

This is the second time this has happened within the same week. Last time, I ordered three cheese egg bites. This time I ordered the bacon and cheese Egg bites. Both orders have just been plain egg bites. Nothing in them. I’m not sure what’s going on here and why you are charging over five dollars for plain egg bites and not actually putting anything into the egg bites like you advertise. I’m hoping this gets resolved soon.

Love the staff! They are friendly and professional. This is our favorite store but recently the music has changed to 1950s 1960s jazz. Some of it is just annoying and gets too loud. We would prefer an eclectic mix of music or some modern jazz.

i love this PCJ location!!! the people here are always so friendly and sweet! the drinks are amazing every time i come. i also love their baked goods. the lobby has a very cozy environment with lots of games and books. i wish i could give it 6 stars!!! highly recommend!!

I go there a lot but this past time was horrible I went there got a blueberry bagel to go went to go to bite into it I couldn’t even bite thru it it was hard as a brick I banged it on the table it didn’t even break it wouldn’t even bend went to work hungry so thx.

OK, I want the matcha shake back, not this new latte menu change where you don't do shakes anymore it's legit the only thing I enjoyed and also no cold brew they say they have it but cold brew and cold coffee are not the same

My daughters' mother and I have been loyal customers of PCJ for years. We have always ordered the same two drinks, the iced Carmello leche w/o caramel and an iced hazelnut latte with an extra shot of espresso... Upon receiving our drinks this visit we noticed they were practicaly nothing but creamer, and barely colored with coffee. They were disgusting and nothing but straight sugar. I kindly asked for a remake and they proceeded to just add a shot. After letting them know it wasn't helpful and I would just like a remake the woman rudely began to argue with me telling me no because it was made right. Since I had already attempted twice now to have them remake it and they were unwilling we literally went to another location that made them properly. We were willing to pay again just to get good coffee. The monkey junction location is always reliable with kind and helpful good vibe employees and they heard the story and assisted in making things right. Long story short, the customer service at the crossroads location was subpar and wouldn't fix my drink order insisting they were right. I will not be back to this location and have heard now that the manager there is rude and neglectful from others as well. I wish I could add pictures to show the coloration difference between the two drinks, it's ridiculous.
