We went in and sat down at the bar. Wanted to have dinner. A manager stood at the window and spoke to the kitchen for about five minutes. Two waitresses walked by never spoke. We never saw a bartender finally got fed up and left.

I took my dad to this Ruby Tuesdays because we'd never been there before. It took a while for the woman at the lectern to seat us and the waiter took his sweet time getting to us. My dad left to use the restroom and that's when he came to get our order. Luckily, I knew what my dad and I wanted. Again, we had never been there before so we didn't know we could just get up to get our salads. (Salad bar is nice btw, legit the only reason I would consider going back.) While we were pointlessly waiting, I overheard our waiter telling the tables next to us about what specials they had, being jolly and friendly with them. He kept his words short with us and only told me about their daily special when I ordered it by chance (Cheeseburger). Then he forgot to deliver our drinks and we had to call him to remind him.

Food takes forever to get to us, approximately 20-25 minutes for a smash burger and a stir fry of some sort. The portions were half the size of the menu and my burger was crunchy and burnt. I ate what I could of it and it was nothing special. Luckily I had only paid $8.99 instead of $14 else I would have been pissed. The waiter didn't fill our water until we asked (20 minutes into us having food, 30 minutes since we got them late).

I don't know why we weren't treated with the same respect as the people around us. I know it's cliche to pull the black card, but other than that, nothing was different about us. I never complain about service because I know how hard service people work. I paid for our food and left no tip, I couldn't believe how awful the experience was.

This place is a complete crap show. I came in the side door (pick up) and was smacked in the face with a horrific stench! The order i picked up was supposably prime rib but was more like a rubbery flank steak that was ridiculously impossible to cut through 🤢 and I honestly would like the answer to how on earth can you mess up a baked potato and make it completely in inedible!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not to mention the entire staff is running around completely frazzled.

I DID NOT GET MY COMPLETE ORDER SO I CALLED THE MANAGER. SHE ASKED ME IF I RECEIVED TWO BAGS. WHEN I TOLD HER NO SHE SAID THE SECOND BAG HAD THE ITEMS IN IT AND THE DELIVERY COMPANY HAS THEM . SO HE DID NOT TELL THE TRUETH. THE BAG HAD A DIFFERNT VERSION OF THAT ITEM AND I VERIFYED WITH THE DRIVERY THAT ONLY ONE BAG WAS PROVIDED.

Absolutely Horrible, the Manager was Absolutely, disrespectful, she sat at the bar laughing and playing while her one waitress had to tend to the bar and 6 other tables. We sat and waited to be served for 40 minutes. The waitress apologized, and I stated that the manager should be helping. When our food came, which I ordered a bourbon salmon with rice pilaf and zucchini. It looked horrible. The rice pilaf looked like a roll of clay badly formed, and guess what? The manager brought it out. When I asked her what it was, she said that it was RICE!!!.I said, "Excuse me " I said look at this, she said that he just forgot to smash it down. I said "What"? This was the manager. The manager also cursed in front of my kids. Unprofessional. Her name was Sherrie. She needs to be fired. She then called her manager and says in front of us, " Hey someone will be calling you in the morning to complain about me" so apparently no action will be taken because she showed that she was untouchable. The place will close if they are still in charge. The Ruby Tuesday in Mayfair is way better.

I ate at Ruby Tuesdays with my father and grandmother today... We all got cheese burgers because we're an all American family who loves Cheeseburgers. I really had no idea you could mess up a burger this bad until today. I had the Garlic Lovers Smashburger.

I truly didn't think you could screw up a burger this badly. The bun was burned, the burger was cooked to the point it was near crunchy, and it just didn't taste right. The burger was TINY, especially compared to the pictures on the menu. As soon as my plate arrived and I realized I paid 15 dollars for a tiny tiny burger I felt scammed. The first bite all but confirmed this, as the burger tasted like crap, the bun was stale and crunch AND burned... I wanted to like it, I really did but it was just impossible to appreciate it. First burger I haven't finished in years. I didn't take a to-go box either because in my opinion it wasn't fitting to eat.

I had no idea Ruby Tuesdays had gone downhill this far.

Nice sit down restaurant with your typical American style food. They're a little bit past time on remodeling the inside, it's starting to show the wear. But, still an okay place to.

Our steak was completely raw, unseasoned, and cold. I wish I was exaggerating. Please have your cooks use meat thermometers! Getting a slightly undercooked steak is no big deal, but this seems like a genuine health hazard with how inedible it was. Spotted dirty plates with food caked on them at the salad bar, too.

Our Deconstructed Kabobs meal was only half full, our Classic Trio Appetizer had no sauces and our Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie was burnt hard and inedible.

Overall just a horrible experience. The place was completely dead on a weekend night, thinking we lucked out. However, our food still took forever to come out despite ordering some basic meals, and not everything was hot. 2 of our 4 meals were wrong, 1 of which they brought back to the kitchen to fix, then apologized for the appearance of what they brought back. But they promised "it's the same one as on the menu". Our kids meals were supposed to come with drinks which never came out so we asked for them, along with honey mustard. Despite many trips in and out of the kitchen area, she didn't return until after our meals were nearly complete. She wasn't overwhelmed, she just didn't seem to know what she was doing. Funny enough, searching menus online and seeing their desserts was what originally brought us. But after dinner we just sat there with dirty plates in front of us and realized we'd be there forever waiting on our waitress so we decided to just pass. So my family left and sat in the car while I waited another 20+ minutes just for the waitress to bring me my check. All completely unacceptable and honestly ruined what was otherwise a great night for my family. We left frustrated and the kids didn't get their desserts. Waste of money and a big thumbs down.

We as a family didn't get our meal so we could eat together. Soup wasn't good at all. I got so sick it wasn't funny. Don't think we will be going back.

Worst steak ever unfortunately

I never complain. But the burger looks nothing like the menu. Way smaller portion, for $13.99 they must be shrinking the serving size and quality to keep up with inflation. I paid for my drink, but refused to eat the burger. They need to downsize the serving size on the menu because this is false advertising.

Had dinner here on a Friday evening. I had the Smash Burger and it was excellent. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Our server couldn't have been nicer. I will return.
