I’ve wanted to try out a different Mediterranean Restaurant here in Wilmington, found out this Restaurant on Google, & I’m glad that I’ve decided to visit this place last Friday Afternoon for Dinner. The Restaurant is small, but it’s very clean & not crowded at all. The Owner was very friendly & helpful in welcoming me since it was my first time eating there. I was hoping that there would be Lamb offered in many of their dishes, the Menu was very limited, but the Food was Great & packed with flavor. I’ve ordered the Beef Shawarma, & it was very flavorful. You also receive a Large portions of food, which is reasonable for the price. Great Customer Service. This Place is the Best Mediterranean that I’ve tasted here in Wilmington so far, it’s way better than Peno Grill. I will definitely come back here for sure!! Thank you!!!

Thought we would give this a try and it had 4.8 stars which is great. Nope- we were served canned soda, plastic silverware and the food was served on paper plates from the grocery store. Should’ve known when no one was in the parking lot. The food was sub par. The chicken was awful and almost inedible. It was so fatty there was barely any chicken. Salad was fine and so was rice. The inside of the restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean but smelled horrible like sewage.

Love this spot! Friendly owner and staff, clean building, lovely patio-- just for starters. Then the food, omg the food. I want all of the things all of the time. Sampler box is meant-- everything is yummy. The Shwarma is spiced perfectly.... I wish we had this in Charlotte but then I would go broke.Thanks for all of the delicious and pleasant experiences! Will be back ASAP!

This place recently opened and has huge potential to be a successful Mediterranean restaurant. The owner Bahaa and the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is very flavorful. I would highly recommend their eggplant which is fabulous and incredibly tasty. It’s very fresh and makes you want to keep going back for more. All their salads looked fresh and we will eventually try them all. We also enjoyed the humus and the chicken and Kabab was on spot. The place also felt clean and inviting. We will definitely visit again!

This is the epitome of a well-run small business. Owner and staff are super friendly and always welcoming. Food is delicious and I don't feel guilty eating the good-sized portions because it is so healthy. My favorite place to stop for lunch or dinner when around the Sea Gate area. They make take-out very easy also.

When I walked in I met the owner (Baha). He was so pleasant to talk to! He grew up in Egypt and the food is authentic Mediterranean. There were so many gluten-free options and he let me taste anything I wanted before buying! ❤ The inside is bright and roomy and there's an outdoor eating area too!

I tried Sofra for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Everything was delicious! The staff was very helpful and it was obvious that they took great pride in their product. The food was all very fresh and tasteful. I had a Greek Salad (Yum!) and Beef Shawarma on a Pita with Tzatski Sauce and some of their fresh Hummus. Definitely the best hummus I have ever tasted!

We will return. What a fantastic meal. Very flavorfull. The spices were just perfect. Staff...was great, could not have been nicer. Very helpful when I asked questions. I can't wait to order again and I can't say enough positive and I am very picky. This place is GREAT.

Everything is so good! My first time there today and the man helping me let me sample all the different types of salads I wanted to help me decide! Was very sweet & patient and the food is downright delicious & fresh. I will definitely be back!

Baja does things RIGHT! His made from scratch hummus is creamy PERFECTION and sides are usually all delicious. Clean and bright inside. Good desserts. And he could not be any nicer! Please forget Sabra at the grocery. This hummus is worth the stop! There is delicious felafel made with fava beans, kofta and kabobs, and last, but not least excellent tabouli with and without quinoa...a great option I f you are vegetarian/vegan!

It was quiet. I dined in and only one other customer came in while I was there. The food was fantastic! I had chicken shawarma over rice with hummus and tabbouleh. Tabbouleh was some of the best I've ever had. Will def be my new Mediterranean go-to.
