Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The young lady working today at 12pm (Saturday) 10/4 has horrible customer service skills. She forgot to ring in my friends food and then made us wait 10 minutes before finally admitting she forgot and then with no sense of urgency asked her shift lead what to do. He said to just give it to us. Fast forward another 10 minutes, we still haven’t received the sandwich. So my friend and her baby go up to the counter to ask about it and the young lady decides to say “well technically I never charged you for it” so who’s fault it that? The customers? That’s been waiting now for 20 minutes? I think not. I shouldn’t have expected much from a target starbucks but I expected more from the manager on duty to correct the workers actions and mistakes.

Can't make any coffee drinks on the menu because machines are down. If a coffee shop doesn't sell coffee advertised, just save people the aggravation and put up a closed sign up.

everything went fine until i was half way through my drink and found this coming through the lid into my mouth. great. hopefully i don't get sick from none of the chemicals they use to clean the countertops

Almost 30 mins before closing and they wouldn't make drinks that involved the use of the blender because they had already cleaned it. Would say they lost 3 orders and the purchase of several cups because of refusing to make one of our drinks but I'm sure that's exactly what they were hoping would happen. Glad they are making sure the blenders are clean tho being the rest of the place is filthy.

The manager at this establishment is one of the rudest people I have ever met and the way he was speaking to another employee was unacceptable. I will drive up the street to another Starbucks before I go to target going forward and will advice all my friends and family to do the same.

I love that there’s a Starbucks in our one and only Target, but the service is generally slow and the baristas are generally too busy chit chatting to apologize for any inconvenience. Every time I come they’re out of something I want. And how do you run out of ice!? Half of your menu is iced drinks…
Parking: Not alot of parking at some of them, but I never had a problem!.
Kid-friendliness: Be considered, some people go there to study and for Business.

I get a cookie crumble drink without coolwipe but they always tend to still add it to it on accident or just forget. Im just not a coolwipe person but I will be nice and drink it. Bc it's just a simple mistake and it happens! :) so keep up the good work!
