I've been to this location quite a bit, as it is convenient for me usually, but this is it, I AM DONE. Constantly making mistakes on orders, forgetting items, and just a general lack of wanting to do a good job it seems. If you complain noor even just point out their mistakes, they always pass the blame, no one takes accountability for messing up. If you can, avoid this location and drive the extra few minutes over to the Starbucks at The Point on independence. Vastly better experience there.

I rarely give reviews but I wanted to thank one amazing ‘barista ‘ ,her name is Grace . With Grace, you always get not only a great cup of whatever coffee you may choose ,but , a very unique customer service . If you watch her crafting your order ,you can see how much care she puts in it ,and , the satisfaction she gets in offering the very best.Always welcoming with a smile and good manners. Thank you Grace for making me feel as I were back home ,in Italy ,with a tasty latte made by you.

The coffee is fine if you can even get them to take your order because they are to busy taking online/mobile orders ? I just wanted a quick coffee while I shopped but couldn't even place my order because the one girl working was obviously overwhelmed with making the online orders. I waited patiently for over 10 minutes and just left.
Have got a lot of stuff from here but probably won't visit again. About 9:30 am 11/5/22 the snot nosed punk at the drive thru window and the Heffer on the headset thought it would be cute to hide a dollar covered in chocolate sauce in my change. I seen their little tasteless attempt to mess with customers and gave them their syrupy dollar back for a tip. They thought it was funny when I gave it back. Maybe they should try a comedy show instead of food service.
