The Porter's Neck location is my favorite Subway to frequent. Jack is always so kind and courteous which always makes the experience much more pleasant! Highly recommend this spot!!

It does not take fifteen minutes to make two subs. On top of that, I scanned my coupon And the guy and did not Enter It into the computer and I still paid full price.

Second time eating do they only hire people with BAD attitudes that act like its the end of the world to do the job they are paid for!!

The food quality is usually pretty good here, but the service and atmosphere has been lacking quite drastically essentially every time I encounter the employee always wearing the mask under his nose. I assume he's a manager or something, because he's there the most and generally instructing the other associates, BUT said other associates are always far kinder to me than he is.

"Look, the FASTER you tell me what you want, the faster I can get you your sandwich." When I'm pausing 1.3 seconds between veggies to give him a moment to put them on, feels incredibly aggressive.

From now on, I'll only stop by if it's somebody else behind the counter.

Jack Is the most careful worker I ever? he made me feel comforpaul. He's a fast worker and he is so polite. Me andMy kids Love him he was sitting there talking to my kids. He made us so very comfortable. I love coming in when he's working.He never screwed up on my food is always on point me and my family just loves him He always has a smile on his face.

“Sandwich artist” Jack is totally self absorbed. Made it feel like it was a bother for us to be there. This is not the first time he’s done this… multiple visits confirm this is the case. Other individual (unknown name) would not honor a BOGO from the app even though the store about a mile away had a physical coupon and did so. Is it so difficult to just make it right even though it wasn’t an online order, like the aforementioned store did? I’d just avoid this location if you can. Eat some chicken from Walmart deli before you consider this garbage.

Manager Jack is rude and you can forget about getting your food on time if you place an order via app. my order for pick up was at 11:40 had to wait an additional 25-30 mins for my subs. He made sure to complain to custmers about my order (which was 4 foot longs and 1 half sub) and how he didnt care that i had to wait. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Terrible service the gentlemen who took my order was more concerned with where the lady behind me who works in the wal mart had been. When I asked for extra Mayo he yelled and said we don’t got no more. When asking for a district manager he said he is the manager and there is no one else. This is terrible I will take it a step further

Well I wanted the supreme meats sandwich with no onions or tomatoes, proceeds to put tomatoes on my sandwich and then the lettuce without even asking because I wanted spinach. Server was quiet and disgruntled. They didn't want to be there. So now I have to go home and fix my sandwich properly. Plus the coupon doesn't work in Walmart stores apparently. Would've been nice to spend $8 instead of $11 on a sandwich I don't even want now. Never coming back to this Subway.

Very bad service, the person who attended me denied me the correct attention, the order that I made for the food was not complete. I asked him for 4 sandwiches and he only gave me 1 sandwich. The excuse was that he didn't have enough bread. I saw if he had enough bread. I felt very bad treatment towards me. I am a Hispanic person. I come from New Jersey on vacation and the truth is that bad service I hope the owners make a change in their business because he told me I am the manager, do not look for where to complain. I do not recommend this place at all
