Absolutely horrible service when you go in and there’s literally only three people in line and you have to wait over 30 minutes because there’s only me person running the whole counter and the other person is VERY SLOWLY sweeping the floors. On top of that the one and only person running the counter looks like she’s purposely moving absolutely as slowly as she possibly can!! Like dang man if you don’t like what you do if you don’t take pride in what you do if you are bad at what you do and don’t want to do anything to be better then QUIT!! I will LITERALLY never be back to this place again, doesn’t matter if it’s a new building or not if you hire people who literally couldn’t care less about their jobs it’s going to suck!!

I went in with my family, and we all ordered our subs and we sat down to eat together, and I started eating my sub and found a dead fly in my food. I brought it back up to the counter and showed them the fly and I was speaking with the young lady And the manager. McKenzie came over and asked me what the problem was with an attitude, and I told her what happened and I told her I just wanted a refund and she proceeded to tell me they could not do that that she could remake my order and I told her I didn’t want the food. I just wanted my money back and she proceeded to get an attitude with me so I just threw the sandwich away and me and my family left and I will never go back she is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met and I have no idea how she is a manager because she has no customer service skills at all.

Walked in today. Didn’t even know this location was on this side of town. Great service! Very friendly team inside ! They had a new member who made my sandwich to my exact specifications. Best subway in Wilmington!

Arrived at new Carolina Beach Road location to get some sandwiches BUT door was locked, lights on inside & sign burning OPEN but closed @ 7 PM, Saturday night July 6, 2024 !
Came at 8:50, open sign was on, sign on door says they're open till 10, and worker is sitting within view of the door and could hear me knocking because it was locked. Apparently this is a known issue at this location.
First time I've tried eating at Subway in 5 years, and will certainly be my last attempt.

They’ve got one poor older lady working the back all by herself during dinner rush. Took her 40 mins to make 3 subs, nothing on her but definitely a staffing issue. The place was also a disaster
